   Have ordered twice from Tasty Bites tonight after being regular customer for several years but recently food quality has gone downhill Tonight they sent us a donner kebab which was too cold to eat and needed to be microwaved, with tomato ketchup on instead chilli sauce, completely inedible, gone straight in the bin Will not order from them again, should look after regular customers better

   We've always ordered from tasty bites for years. We've just gone to order our usual which comes up to about £30 and they have said they can only deliver to my house which is literally 5 mins away in a car if I spend £40 and also want to charge £3 for delivery. Absolutely greed never ordering again

   Loads of collections, disappointed one visit, we orded garlic naan Donna kebab with salad, also garlic magareta, there was no salad on kebab, second visit same order. We got home no naan just salad and Donna what is happening. Very unhappy no more take aways .

   The naan for my chicken kebab is chewy, cant eat it, not nice at all. Also forgot our pot of chilli sauce. Chicken cooked nice though so not all bad, my other half says his donnor butty is beautiful but there's better out there in my opinion,. Disappointed

   I ordered food via just eat and it said collect in 20 minutes. 2 minutes later, the phone rings and Tasty Bite asked me to give them an extra 45 minutes to collect. I said fine. I went after the extra 45 minutes and asked for my food to be greeted with "we haven't done it yet" I sat in the car, and another 20 minutes later, the food came out. I got home and rung them back to complain that the food was soggy. The amazing response was "If you don't like it, find another takeaway!

   Food terrible but when I complained the owner wanted to charge me an extra £4 and there was the bare minimum of tomato sauce on pizza. After using tasty bites for 8 plus years and been highly satisfied I will not go again or recommend a friend.

   Liked the customer service. attitude of the worker who served me Was nice, talkative and kind. He was kind enough to give me free drinks with the order. What i liked the most about the pizza was the soft dough it tasted nice. Also the Donner was unique I’ve never tasted Donner like that before.
