   Staff rude. Asked girl serving drinks not to mix 2 bottles. She went & got fresh bottle for main fridge nit not before telling everyone in kitchen that customer wouldn't have wine from 2 bottles. One of her colleagues asked who and she pointed straight at me. I asked to see a manager abd afterc10 mins waiting went back to my table. When order came I item was missing asked waiter where it was response whats missing. Told him and after 5 mins asked again where it was. Being done now was response. Finally missing dish arrived and was asked if everything ok said no still waiting for manager. Seems manager served missing dish told her about issue and said would speak to young lady during shift Shame didn't do it sooner. The saus staff member walked past with another girl she pointed to me and they both started laughing. Dont expect 5 star service in nandos but do expect staff to be polite. No apology for her rudeness ...I may be the mystery shopper.

   Nando’s. Always great. Quick service. Nice buzz in the place. Excellent food. Was a bit busy but got seated quickly. In a good location with lots of other shops and activity’s to do.

   I never, ever review a Nando’s because a Nando’s is a Nando’s. Right? But the service I received at this branch was amazing. Staff was very helpful when we had an issue with our order and fixed it straight away. Staff at counter taking our order was also very pleasant and greeted us with a smile.

   Visited here the other day with a party of 5 of us. A 20 minute wait though, however it was busy. Once ordered though, the food was delicious, and definitely worth the wait. The order didn't take long at all to reach our table. On top of it all, 20% discount was also accepted through NHS discount. Would recommend.

   Where is the rest of the cake Nando's? Usually receive a slab, not the crumbage. Had takeaway slabs bigger from other Nando's, not impressed.

   Can't really fault nandos at xscape. I never expected much from a big chain food place but I was so surprised when trying this one. The food was consistently warm and quick to be made, despite it being a busy evening when I visited. What makes it stand out from the rest though is the staff serving you. A young lad and lass both were so pleasant and kind when dealing with you. They asked how you are, how your meal was, they kept walking around so they're always available. They were just a great team of staff to deal with. Would return to this branch just for that reason!

   Nandos, this visit was okish!! The restaurant was just opening at 11.30 for first service, so i thought it would be super clean and en pointe!?? We were not that impressed ... chicken and cold chips, dirty glasses, dirty table, and then very dirty toilets. It was very busy, but there was a plentiful supply of staff, so really unexpected to find flaws in Nandos!

   The sunset burger was a good choice but the chicken wings were not flavored enough. Generally, it’s good for a quick meal but still has space to improve.
