   First time i ordered from here they missed our drinks and messed up one of the orders. We asked for bbq source on one of the orders and they put on hot source on it. So gave them the beneifit of the doubt Second time we ordered they completley missed of the wrap and only the pizza arrived and we rang up next day to say they had missed my wrap off and they said we could have a discount the next time we ordered. So last night was our final strew for us and i shall be coming into the store for a refund on the money we have spent on food that hasnt turned up. Spent over 70 pound on this takeway shop for them to mess up every time its past a joke

   Our order took 3 hours to arrive, phoned up first time, told order was on its way, phoned again after waiting a further hour, they had not even cooked our food, received 3 hours from when ordered. The lamb chops were hard and chewy could not bite them, and was missing a sheesh kebab in our grill box, felt like I had spent 10 quid on a box of fries and donner meat, will not be using again.Bunch if cowboys.

   Food was hot and fresh. Kebab was tasty and what you'd expect. Very good. Chicken kebab was a bit dry and not as good as I wanted it to be. The fries were nice. Tasted very fresh. Sauce was nice but he did put a bit too much on, in my opinion. All in all it was decent. I'd probably try the chicken or lamb chops next time.

   I popped down for the grand opening of Aladdins in Oldbury today to order some food, I ordered the Donner Cheesy Box (Mix Doner, Fries, Cheese, Salad & Sauces), these boxes that Aladdin's do are great value for money and the portion sizes are more than generous. The food was great and social distancing was also retained. They were extremely busy for their opening with their introductory offers on but they still had excellent customer service with a server outside to guide you through their ordering process. I also think it is great that they give you the option to wait for your food as normal or they take your vehicle's registration and let you wait in the car as they bring your food out to you when it is ready. Definitely will be coming down again and at least Oldbury finally has somewhere refreshing to order deliveries from as their opening hours are also quite late. Thanks to the team at Aladdins!

   The food comes fresh and hot. The taste is heavenly. Going to try and order something new, I recommend the chicken Box best thing on the menu. Thanks so much for all great experiences so far! Also Jack your lying i’ve just come from the shop and food was absolutely fresh there was no Stench coming from the kitchen.
