Internet order placed at 2:45 to be delivered at 8pm. Rang at 9, said would be 5-10 mins. Rang at 9:30 said had been delivered. I said please sort it. Received text from Foodhub at 10:05 saying order cancelled and money would be refunded. Very poor and rude staff. First and last time ordering
Very poor. Ordered a deep pan margarita , cheesy chips and a kebab. The pizza wasn’t cooked properly , it was floppy and the cheese was that thick it fell off. The pizza had no flavour or seasoning. The dough felt raw in areas. The cheese didn’t taste of anything apart from rubber. The chips were undercooked and ended up being a ball of mush covered In cheap cheese. The kebab meat was a nice flavour but it was cold and there wasn’t enough of it for what we paid. This is the worse takeaway ive had in a long time. Completed waste of money. How can a business run when the food is this bad. Didnt have to wait long for delivery.
The New York burger and fries are always so good. But I find it’s better when I order it in person in comparison to ordering via Deliveroo. Atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, it’s never loud and chaotic. And Mino makes the best milkshakes during her nightshifts. Love um !

Disgusting service. Used them last time I ordered. Order was wrong but I didn't complain thought it was a one off. Ordered today, requested no custard on my desert, they didn't contact to say this was not possible. Went ahead put it on anyway. When I approached them they said - not their fault they advertise with it so nothing they can do. Also swore and didn't offer a refund because they advertise on the menu. Is good customer service not to advise from the order notes that it cannot be done??? Obviously not. Appalling
Pizza tasty, most things hot! including chips However, kebab was very disappoining meat was cold so only enjoyed eating nan bread, meat on kebab was wasted as it went in the bin unfortunately was a shame really. plus ordered through food hub and made note to ask for sauce separate which they didn't receive. had forgotten garlic bread with cheese on delivery redelivered very quickly though. Maybe just stick to pizza and chips next time
Saturday night order large donna it was super quick (but I do live opposite), hot , tasty with lovely fresh veg and excellent portion size.. No problems here.
Fast delivery on a Saturday night , chips ok , average burger as bread was going soggy and needed toasting
