   ordered from here recently and was absolutely horrified find out that the food was uncooked and not even what i ordered i’m pretty sure it was horse meat and that’s not even mentioning the hairs i found in my meal (which i’m almost positive were not from someone’s head if you know what i mean) disgraceful won’t be ordering again

   We ordered food off just eat last night. My fiancé works for the NHS and with things being stressful tomorrow and a potential 12 hour shift today looming we decided to have a treat.... Just eat said 35-50 minutes until delivery, so an 75 minutes are free ordering I called for the first time to be told it had left and they were sorry, which is fair I understand that the takeaways are busy at rhis crazy time. 20 minutes, still nothing though, so I call again. The guy was very apologetic and said they were busy which I understand, but when I had to call again 20 minutes later they still had no idea where it was. The guy on the phone was again apologetic and told us we could apply for our money back, which he agreed was totally reasonable. Eventually 2 and a half hours after ordering we got our lukewarm food... food was reasonable but couldn’t be enjoyed at 9.30 in the evening with my fiancé knowing she had to be at the hospital at 8.30 the next morning... Oh and then today they’ve turned down the application for a refund. Apparently 2 and a half hours wait is not long enough to warrant that.... absolute disgrace!
