Tattu is the place me and my partner book for special occasions and we last went on the 6th December for my birthday. The food was just as good as it always is, if not better than we remember from last time. Our server, Deriel, was so lovely. Very attentive and friendly, cracking jokes with us and just making sure we had everything we needed to have a fab birthday dinner so big thanks to him!

Me and my partner went to this restaurant on Sunday 7 December 2025 as our anniversary meal. They welcomed us extremely well with good service. The food was spot on. We went for Tattu signature which was £92pp and it came out perfectly, flavour was good. As part of our anniversary, Deriel did exceptionally good service and gave us fortune cookies with a little note for us and he always did check backs to see if we needed anything else. Spot on with everything. We would definitely recommend it and will be returning To the manager that sees this, please give Deriel our message that he deserves something from your company for giving us an amazing customer service as part of his hospitality.

The restaurant is beautiful with the blossom tree and clever use of mirrors, which made it feel bigger without losing the intimate feeling. The service was possibly a little over keen, with the waiter checking in a little too often but then that is better than being ignored and he was super helpful, explaining each dish as it arrived. We went for the 2 course set menu at £29.95 each. We had pork dumplings and wild mushroom and black truffle spring rolls for starters, which were both delicious. We also added XO scallop skewers (not on the set menu) which were cooked perfectly. For main we both had wok fried angry bird, which comes with complimentary jasmine rice. We added a side of spicy noodles and Chinese green beans. There was an abundance of food and we didn't manage to finish the green beans and rice, though the waiter offered to box them up for us. The angry bird was really tasty and initially seemed not too spicy, until I mistakenly ate a large piece of chilli, so be careful! I had 2 glasses of savignon blanc, whilst my partner had 2 crouching tigers and a brandy to finish. The meal came to £176, with drinks being around £15 each and the service charge already added. The only real negative was the monotonous music that was playing constantly, not an actual song just really repetitive tunes, none of which you would know. All in all, I would recommend Tattu but would be sure to book after pay day!

Absolutely loved our experience at Tattu last night. The food was bursting with flavor, Deriel is very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal. We were delighted to receive a complimentary dish — a wonderful gesture that made the experience even more special. Can’t wait to come back — truly a gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ate here last night, it was a very belated Mother's Day treat from my 2. Omar was our server and he was so knowledgeable and helpful in our decision of what to order. We decided on several small plates between us (we wanted to taste as many different things we could) we had a mixture of fish and meat dishes. The plates were brought out 2/3at a time and cleverly the fish dishes arrived first, with these being light we still had room for the heavy meat dishes. The atmosphere and surroundings were lovely. All in all a lovely enjoyable evening was had. Thank you Omar!

A very beautiful restaurant. You step in and it’s like you’ve been transported into a different location, where everything is so pristine. The staff welcome you with warm smiles and your surrounded by cherry blossoms and white roses. The ambience is beautiful. The food is amazing! Well seasoned, good portions, appealing to both the eyes and tongue. Drinks are made perfectly. The staff are kind, understanding and very attentive, simply the best. Honestly I can continue singing the praises of this restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone both living in Leeds or visiting. Superb.

The only down side to the night was our arrival. We were 30 minutes late due to the M1 being closed and an accident on the M62. Looking in the book we were told our table was still available. So were 70% of the tables with it being a Monday night, but not to worry. The food and service was amazing. Paolo explained each dish we were thinking of trying and was particularly knowledgeable on the Japanese whisky. Each dish was extremely well presented and tasty with no complaints at all. A nice little touch was the £1 added to the bill to help the homeless people, clearly visible on the streets, as we walked to the venue.

Has a very lovely intimate vibe. There is no long waiting time once you make a reservation ahead. We made reservations the day before. The wait staff are very lovely and efficient. They are quite good at checking your allergies before serving . The food is also very lovely- good value for money. There is on paid street parking close by.

Service was fab and friendly. Restaurant is as beautiful as the promo photos you will see! Such a great place for an occasion and you can dress up or down whatever you’re comfortable with here as it’s not stuffy. Food was delicious, it reminds me a lot of the Ivy Asia so it will be interesting when that opens in Leeds as it will be very similar. I HAD to get myself the cherry blossom dessert as it looks magical!
