   Just a standard Burger King really but lots of seating in the Eat Central dining area. Could do with a couple more ordering machines as can get very busy on a weekend. Food was the usual Burger King quality. No complaints. A good choice for my youngest daughter when eating at Eat Central and always her choice out of all the other food stands.

   Have used this Burger King in Merry Hill for a long time. Always easy to order using the machines, unlike McDonalds, these machines are always kept full of receipt paper to print invoices which I like (kept for cost references when sharing the bill). Food is always fresh, tasty and just delicious, every time. Decent choice of meals on the menu. Easy access to it from car park or through merry hill itself. Staff there have always been helpful and courteous (especially when I used the screens for the first time, a young woman working there helped me through using it). Would highly recommend to people

   Excellent service by Kat who even showed me how to download the app to get rewards! Food was good though the £6.49 meal deal the burger was not that big. Overall, with the chicken fries, fries and drink was good value. Restaurant was clean and staff brilliant. Will return.

   Visited the merry hill branch last Sunday and ordered the vegan bacon royale king meal wich cost me £8.89, it was absolutely disgusting, close to cold, for what I paid it was shocking, contacted head office, and they advised me to get a refund, will never use this place again.

   Just wanted to say that ‘Mia’ (brown hair about 18 ish I think) is an amazing worker! We’ve been served by her a couples of times now and all I can say is how patient she is when it comes to my app rewards and the offers through the app codes. Massive credit when it comes to customer service and we always love when she’s on the tills to serve us as we know it’s always what we order!

   Really disappointed ordered 3 veggie meals they give me chikan one when I complaint about this Managar told me it’s my opinion he made that with soya but it’s not soya I explained that we don’t eat non veg at all but he is very rude to me I will show you pics and I am also took that for testing to confirm that is it soya or not
