   New Boxing Day tradition found. The place was on the quieter side but all staff had smiles and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Our server was a mix between a young lad in a shirt and a taller lady in cream. Both were always there when we wanted something and checked upon us though out. Can not fault the food, it came out hot (rare this day and age) and fairly quick. The overall experience was a Bargain and great time, will definitely be trying again next year.

   We came to Frankie & Benny’s for a family meal and had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious and arrived nice and hot. Our server Ryan was fantastic, so helpful and friendly throughout. Oliver also really stood out, being incredibly warm and attentive from the moment he seated us to regularly checking in during our meal. The whole team made us feel very welcome. We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend it enough!

   Beautiful food and exceptional efficient service. From walking in through the door I was greeted by very friendly, polite and professional staff, I believe she was called Elle. She couldn't do enough for me and ensured I had a lovely visit. The service was quick and efficient and the food was hot, so nice and as requested was made a little spicier as per my request. Thank you Elle and the chefs. Very enjoyable visit, I will definately be returning, thank you.

   Honest opinion is I had cabinara but counted my bacon medallions 5 pieces and they were not big .but tasted nice . Son seemed to have got my portion. Chicken palma was actually nice was a bit surprised when we ordered a kids mal 8.95 o ly to get charged for the dri k and pudding separate so £12.50 odd instead..safely say another place I will not be rushing back ..I've come to the conclusion ya better off going to a private pub for meals as these corporate ones just want to Rob you

   Oh today was brilliant, me and my wife popped in for some steak, we had steak with brisket fries, then had an apple crumble and custard. Honestly this is the first time in a long time that both steaks was cooked perfectly and I mean perfect, bags full of flavour and so soft could have cut them up with a piece of loo roll, the chips with the cheese and brisket was flipping gorgeous and we both thoroughly enjoyed them. Apple crumble with custard .... I'm a big fan of custard so could have done with more of it but it wasn't lumpy, apple crumble was spot on. Staff .... well they was all professional, courteous and really friendly and attentive. Atmosphere .... well its F&B's so brilliant and the music sets this place out from the usual "modern" rubbish. Loved it and even though we've been a few times and really enjoyed it however this time the chef nailed it to perfection.

   Saturday morning breakfast with the family. Nice decor inside. Our waitress gave us a half hearted welcome, led us to our table, threw the menus on the table and walked away. Food was OK, although no better than the Spoons round the corner, which would have been better value for Eggs Benedict with bacon was tasty, although the side of black pudding was over cooked, as were the pancakes. Perhaps if the waiting and kitchen staff spent less time chatting to one another and were more focused on their jobs, the food and service might have been better. Staff also constantly distracted by Just Eat/takeaway orders, so had to chase for the bill. Would possibly go again, but with the alternatives on offer at Xscape and nearby, I don't think breakfast was particularly good value or that great quality.

   The food was excellent. I had started to feel that F&B had gone down hill. But the food was delicious and hot. I was especially impressed by the menu having a separate page for vegetarian and also for Gluten free. Very good and helpful.

   We came on a very busy day and they tried their best and got us a table! The girl at front of house was lovely! Our server was also very very friendly! I didn't catch her name, but she was lovely. Food was amazing. Portions were huge. Had a great time.
