   After a frustrating and truly bizarre mix up involving Deliveroo, which left me £25 out of pocket and, worst of all, with no pizza, Sal and the team at Bromsgrove bent over backwards to make things right. I really appreciated the time he took to deal with a disgruntled customer - amazing customer service. A couple of nights later I was back in Bromsgrove and called in to (finally) get that pizza. The food is out of this world, and I know where I'll be going for dinner when I'm in the area for work next.

   We ate here on our second attempt, our first attempt was attending at 8 pm when it closed at 10, and the 'closed' sign was on the door... However, we attended again and found ourselves one of only two couples in the restaurant at a peak time of 7.30-8.30 on a Friday night. Food was nice, but nothing that makes it stand out from the crowd of pizzerias in Bromsgrove, but no complaints. They do not serve alcohol and only a small selection of soft drinks. This was not evident until we sat down as the website had not been updated with a menu, it since has. We appreciate places not selling alcohol, it doesn't make the meal, but having the option is nice. I must say it has zero atmosphere, having no music also didn't help. It felt cold and unwelcoming. Not to say the staff weren't nice, we just found it wasn't to our liking.

   Really enjoyed the Salad and Salted Chips starters. The pizza was very tasty, all authentic Italian receipe. Friendly staff, waitress on duty this evening was very professional, despite being a lone waitress. Will revisit again. Thank You to both the chefs on duty too, they were both very busy with diners aswell as takeaway orders. So pleased we have nice Italian pizza restaurant back in Bromsgrove.

   Amazing flavours across starters, pizzas and desserts- salad is delicious and everything so fresh. 10/10. Truffle fries are awesome and sauces are so tasty! Beautifully decorated and such friendly staff. Bromsgrove needs this restaurant! This is going to be one of our regulars for sure.

   So excited that we have Paradiso in Bromsgrove! Amazing pizza made with the most delicious Neapolitan dough, there’s great variety and some really innovative toppings. The truffle & Parmesan chips were also so good. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

   We visited for the first time on Saturday - The pizza was incredible with the perfect neapolitan crust - By far the best pizza we've had in Bromsgrove. The staff were really friendly and happy to accommodate our slightly awkward order, loved the decor too. We will be back to try more of the menu - Would highly recommend.
