Popped in this morning and chose the Big Full English breakfast. It was big and delicious! Two rashers, sausages and eggs plus beans, tomatoes, a slice of black pudding, freshly cooked mushrooms and a perfectly cooked hash brown. I'm not usually a fan of hash browns because often they're only half cooked inside! A cup of proper coffee and two slices of toast completed the spread. Unusually for me I couldn't finish the food off, (it is big!) I'll be back! Ill

Gem's is a family favourite. Great for breakfast, lunch and sweet treats. Wonderful, friendly service and lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. We esp love sitting upstairs by the window or outside on sunnier days.

Nice cafe, good meals at lunch, staff are great. Poor disabled access as cafe is small, but have seen staff assist less able customers to indoor seating,, which Is impressive. outdoor seating available. Update: fantastic lunch. My carer deserved a big thank you for all the work he's done in my garden. Gems beautiful burger hit the spot!!!
