   Our local indian restaurant, we visit regularly. Tonight we were treated to an off the menu dish, Punjabi chicken. It was lovely. Our favourites are the railway lamb and beef khala buna. Great food served by nice people. They even remember to bring me extra coriander with my dish after asking for it one time. Now that's great service. 10 out of 10 all round.

   Another great meal. We ate here on Bank Holiday Monday, 25th August, and the food was, as always, superb. The service was too, being both polite and attentive, without being intrusive. Would recommend Indus Express, and will be back soon.

   Very nice food. I would suggest not turning up late the in the evening though. Our party were warned that service was only available for an hour when we arrived at 10.30pm - fair enough. However having a team of waiters in their coats clearing the table at 11.30pm and accosting people who had gone to the loo for their share of the bill was not my idea of customer service. I'll stick to Indiluxe or Bombay pickles in future.

   Our first visit to Indus Express was on Christmas day, my husband and I are so glad we chose this restaurant for our Christmas meal. The food was exceptional, beautifully cooked and presented, plentiful portions, full of flavour. The staff were welcoming, friendly, happy to answer any questions we had about menu choices and made sure we were well looked after throughout. We were so impressed that this evening, three days after our first visit we went again, this time with our family including two children. We had a table for eight and once again we had a lovely meals, all choosing different items off the menu and all of us equally impressed with the high standard of the food and service. Many thanks to all the staff there. We will definitely be coming again.

   This is our go to Indian restaurant! The food is incredible, the presentation is immaculate and the team are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The portions are really generous and we always enjoy our visits. I've told everyone I know that this is the best place for miles, I can't recommend it enough, looking forward to coming back soon!

   Excellent service and food. Great selection for vegetarians and vegans and good size portions too. We chose poppadoms, the dips were gorgeous, and samosas for starters, vegetable korma and vegetable tikka masala for main with rice and naan, delicious, so tasty, packed full of veg. Can't wait to return, would definitely recommend.

   Tried it as it was recommended by someone. It was not bad and the curries were good apart from what I ordered was not what I was served. I ordered a tamarind based main dish and when the waiter was serving, it didn't sound right. And when I tasted it, I was definitely sure it was not what I ordered. And dreadfully it tasted sweet which I don't like in an Indian dish. I usually don't make a fuss but I do make a point to review it so it doesn't happen the next time to another customer. The Tandoori naans were tasty, the Poppadoms and pickle tray was good. The starter was alright and small portioned. Staff are friendly but obviously one needs to be able to listen properly to the customer when order is given.
