    I went on Sunday 25th October (just so the manager knows the staff member…..unless that was them! We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged and could see their reflection in the oven window on their phone around the back, completely ignoring me, my son and the other customer behind me! When I shouted hello much louder she then ducked down and carried on her phone, we left and went to Papa Johns, the entire prep area where food is held was disgusting, I will never visit again

    I went in this morning unfortunately was told the ovens had broken but the Lady made me an excellent Sub... I left it to her what was on it but above the sandwich was the service it was nice to have someone that could have a conversation back and be pleasent.. Well done!!! N nn

    AVOID THIS STORE! Second visit to this store within 2 weeks. First visit the lettuce was browning so had clearly been left there for longer than it’s meant to be. Second visit today, lady serving me was polite, and upon cutting my bread she seen it was mouldy on the bottom!! Apologised and asked if I want another or refund, I opted for a refund as likely all bread in that batch been sat there longer than expected. She had to ask the manager in the back to authorise the refund who ignored her 3 times, then came off the phone and sat there on her laptop and didn’t move. I then asked can I have my money back please, to her response was β€˜I AM WORKING!!’ I am very shocked that this is how customers are treated, never mind ones who have been given mouldy bread!! AVOID THIS STORE!

    The worst subway around. Very slow service and constantly have none of the better ingredients i.e. meatballs, always good for ham and cheese. Often lacking around bread options. Last 3 times I've gone I've had to leave due to lack of options. Safe to say I won't bother again

    So, i am healthcare worker and walks everyday house to house , to take rest i choose fire station subway area .i went there after 2 weeks The women with spacks on she behaved very rude with me, she mentioned that i put the chair in center and some other customer falls last time with very unpleasant way she mentioned . And i just want to complain because i wasnt there for 2 weeks and 10 days still have been told . Am not sunway employee . And she should ask very politely with some respect, no communication skills at all she needs to sit at home rather been working if she have anger issues. Customer left the subway and she also cursed me when i left . This is not the way you treat customers. Be calm because everyone in this country is working hard !! Thanks

    Waste of money. Nobody said they changed the steak to plant based. Went straight in the bin! Dirty sods! What's wrong with proper meat! Lost my custom

    Awful customer service here. Ordered on the app for 7pm, ordered at just after 6pm. Turned up and they said they were closed an hour early. They can't be bothered to contact you to tell you. Don't use this store with the app. Liked this store but not for me anymore.

    Dreadful. Painfully slow service - took 30 mins to serve me and 1 other person. No urgency at all - it took nearly 15 mins to make my 2 sandwiches. No apologies for the wait. Uber/Just Eat orders clearly taking priority over the customers in front of them. Can only assume it was the staff's first day since the person operating the till did nothing else despite there being nobody to serve. And the person making my sandwich took an age to put 4 slices of cheese on it. Tip is to drive to one further away and still get your food quicker.

    Really bad experience today wirh my son . Staff very rude! Never will I step foot in this place again. The three Asian girls working today at 3pm need pulling to one side a teaching them some manners.
