   Have takeaway from hot wok this evening was very disappointed with special chow mein dish very little prawn beef or chicken in the dish and noodles were poor quality to enhammer the situation there wasn't really any flavor to the dish either. + a very small plastic container so a small portion I wouldn't recommend this dish from them unless your not that hungry.

   lovely staff very authentic, food was lovely. wasn’t a fan on the duck spring rolls but the rest of the meal was lovely. collected it and was met with a warm welcome from the lady.

   I wish I'd have read reviews before ordering from here. Food was terrible spent over £40 for 3 and all of us hold the same opinion. Very flavourless, chow mein was not mixed with the noodles just placed on top. Singapore noodles seemed like it was hot water mixed with some flavour sachets. Very disappointed. Will not order from here again.

   Having used the Hot Wok in the past, my most recent visit to this take-away did not impress. Shrimp Fried Rice was acceptable for both quality and quantity, but the extra Curry Sauce was bland and tasteless. The Chicken in Black Bean with Green Peppers (an old favourite) left a lot to be desired. Having had this dish many times, this offering was the worst I have had. The chicken was rubbery, and the black bean sauce was of a consistency that I have never experienced before. Add to this the price increase on all dishes, and the revised delivery (shrunken) radius that incurred an extra charge. Thankfully the Prawn Crackers were passable. Will not be using the Hot Wok again

   This is the first time I have ever put a review on, but my experience has been so bad I just had to do it. I ordered a mix starter. A pork and duck main and a Chicken and mushroom main It took an hour and a half to come. When it did arrive It was all cold. I sampled each starter but couldn’t even chew it. It was like rubber. The pork was so hard and dry it just crumbled when I tried to cut it. The chicken was cold tasteless and gooey the mushrooms like rubber. It cost £31. The whole lot went in the bin totally inedible it I could give it a minus I would have done. Absolutely awful.

   Ordered from here last night, cost nearly £40 for a ton of disgusting food. Crispy duck that looked & tasted like it had been eaten, threw back up & reused! Sloppy, fatty junk. The chips were terrible & looked like they'd been reheated many times! The rice dishes & curry were awful too! I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN! We have all been sick this morning, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

   salt and pepper box for 2 £17.80 so bad put in bin every thing just chuck in a pizza box and salt put on top!! all the food over cooked and dry new menu posted few letterbox on Saturday put in bin Sunday not good!

   Ordered food to be delivered tonight. Queried £2 delivery charge as we are less than three miles. Was told petrol prices had gone up and there was 10p charge for carrier bag. Price still was over but hey ho. £8 starter. Burnt prawn toastiest. Burnt spare ribs. Threw rest away. Special fried rice consisted of loads of dried out beef and stodgy clumped rice. Curry sauce dark brown and so thick and gloopy and tasted awful! Ended up in bin! £21.10 down drain. Had home made bread instead. Menu torn up and definitely won’t be buying from there again !
