Called to order some food after seeing the menu and prices online(takeaway menu), paid when collecting and felt very over charged, their charges did not corrispond to their online prices! The food itself was okay, and the lady on the phone was nice enough but nothing was done about it. If that's the price then fair enough just very misleading. Change prices on take away menu!!

Drinks came miles before foot. Not the best service. Baytree head and shoulders above in both food and service. Sorry

Awful was in at least 10 minutes and eventually had to go up to counter to ask if we ordered food from the counter or does someone come to the table. No condiments whatsoever on the table such as salt, pepper or vinegar again had to ask for everything when food came. Service was awful wasn't even asked if everything was ok, was we interested in any deserts. Will definitely not be returning.

Both my wife and I are disabled, I use a powerchair when outdoors, we had read about this place on line so we thought we would give it ago when we were next in town, we first went to the front entrance only to find it was impossible to ge my powerchair through the door, then a member of staff came out and told us of the entrance off carolgate, two big double doors, she came through and opened one door which game me plenty of room to get through. Once inside the space between tables was wide enough for me to get to a table. Problem solved, she bought us the menu gave us a good few minutes before taking our order Coffee for me the wife dad tea and we both had bacon sandwiches, we had a choice of brown or white bread and smoked or unsmoked bacon (how many places give you that choice) a short time later our food arrived, there must have been 3 or 4 rashers of bacon in each sandwich served o good quality bread (doorsteps) the coffee was excellent. It wasn't over priced either. On the way out we did mention about something to hold the door open, they said the would look into it, we have been in about 4 times now but unfortunately nothing done about the door. This doesn't detract anything about the place we will still keep gong in for coffee and a bite.
