   I could give 1 star rating cause I've clearly ordered onion rings and chilli cheese bites cause I'm vegitarian and while he took the onion rings of fryer I've seen that he has put them in a bowl that has chicken paties before he packs it. What the hell is that, that's bloody contamination i didnt speak a word cause don't wanna argue there for a bloody pound, but I've seen it so I've binned the onion rings what if I haven't seen it and I get some allergic reaction cause of this habit of theirs. My order number is 3262 and that's between 8.50pm and 9.10pm of 28th sept 2025 Disgusted never ever gonna use burger king in my life

   Waited 20 mins for a burger. They must cook each order as it is put on the system instead of doing little orders in-between. Probably the worst burger King ever,the staff look like the have lost the will to live.

   Only one person in queue ahead of us waiting for food. Still took 12 mins to get a cheeseburger meal and extra coffee. Staff painfully slow and flustered by having 2 or 3 orders on go. One coffee sat waiting for food, other not made and had to wait couple of mins after food came. Staff too busy looking blankly at screen for next peoples' orders. Employ staff that have some time management skills

   Took 40 minutes for us to get our meals despite seeing our burgers sat there for 25 minutes - with no staff member out front serving for 15 minutes causing a massive backlog and no hurry to rectify afterwards or apology. Set our journey back an extra hour for some flavourless, ridiculously expensive and not so """fast""" food and they didnt even get our order right. Sorry to sound like a Karen but this was just awful!

   Service was okay. The chips were FREEZING because the MANAGER could not be bothered to cook a fresh batch of them. Obviously I complained and asked for some new chips or a refund. They gave us some new chips and they were boiling. However, that is not the problem. Once we had eaten a few (2/3) chips, there were CLUMPS of salt. My aunt could not eat them as she has a sensitive mouth, she had been sick right after eating 1! We asked for a refund on at least the chips, he then said he would have to refund the full meal and did not want to do that. We eventually got some free stuff (2 ice creams) and was very snappy + moody. I would like to think this would never happen again. Nevertheless, the main food was good. Considering the expense of meals food should be at a good standard and checked regularly. Far to much sodium. Thank you, Katie Baines.

   Long wait. Hidden prices and gouging. £10 burgers without chips. Order on touchscreen kiosks. Prices are not visible until such time as you have completed your order and are to pay. I got a coke and small box of heavily processed fodder (I couldn’t tell if it was chicken or cheese). I anticipate my bowels will not be appreciative. £10. My father had a burger and small coffee. Note that when I say burger, I am not including any chips etc. £12. Absolute joke. Go the other side of the road for KFC.

   Hopeless service. The team are clearly busy but no one seems to know what they are doing except one of the more experienced team who seems to be the supervisor. Each order is painfully slow. Took 25 minutes to produce out order. Could have produced a restaurant meal in a shorter time. Gives a new name to 'fast' food

   Stopped for a bite to eat travelling back to Manchester. The place was FREEZING COLD so we opted for a take out to eat in the car. On opening the bag of food, one bag of chips was totally tipped up and was emptied into the bag. And the lid on my husbands drink hadn't been put on properly and was a near disaster as he picked it out of the drinks holder. The wait for food seemed really long with lots of people waiting. Will definitely be McDonalds next time!
