   i recently visited Stef's Pizza and Grill and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food didn’t meet my expectations in terms of taste and freshness. The pizza crust was overly doughy and lacked the crispiness I was hoping for, while the toppings felt sparse and not very flavorful. The grill items also seemed underseasoned and a bit dry. I understand every place can have an off day, but I left feeling like the quality didn't justify the price. I hope Stef's can take this feedback into account and improve their dishes because the concept has potential.

   We have been using Stefs since we moved into the area 3 years ago. We ordered a meal each on the app as usual for delivery on Wednesday. We ordered at half 7. Delivery service and quality has always been great. Delivery has never been as long as the time they enter onto our order. At half 8 when our food should have been here by. We rang to be told our food was on it's way. Bearing in mind we live a mile away. At 9 we rang again as our order hadn't arrived. We found the driver who we hadn't seen before looking for our home..food was hot, so I'm guessing we were lied to the 1st time we rang up. I ordered a ckn tikka pitta which was ok but the pizza my husband ordered was burnt. Such a shame as this has now put us off stefs. Not sure what's happening as stefs always spot on. I hope it improves.

   First time eating from Stef's, definitely wont be the last. Website was easy to order from with great choices. Food arrived at the time stated, driver was really polite. Food was outstanding, fresh and full of flavour. Very impressed.

   Excellent service, fast and very friendly. The burgers were delicious, freshly made and very tasty. The meat was charcoal grilled to perfection. Wide choice of sauces. It's a shame we live far away, but if I pass by again I won't hesitate to come back! Recommended!

   Having spent the past 20 years plus in other countries, I was worried I wouldn't find good food in Kidderminster. Stefs have broken that fear . Excellent food . Well done to Stefs and the driver found it well.

   Have been meaning to try for a while so had a mixed meat wrap. 4 small pieces of meat on a thick wrap - would have been much better on a tortilla. Chips weren't for me but edible and houmous was nice. Would go back but prefer other places

   Amazing quality food and customer service. I order burgers from here all the time and never have I been disappointed with any of my orders. I only leave a review now because my latest order did come with the wrong sauce and extras, but I called up about it and they sent the correct order straight away without any trouble which was really good of them. Highly recommend this restaurant.

   Great food with wide selection of sauces and spices. Kebabs are perfectly cooked and salads are high quality. Wraps are well made and don't fall apart. There are always people there but service is very quick. Pizzas are fresh and would compete with big brands.
