   The wait time was longer than stated but that was fine however the ordered the crocodile calzone the base was abit soft and the donner smelt really strong which was a put off also stated no onions but they still put these in. Also prices unclear as far as I know I ordered the original crocodile which is £8 and a portion of chips which were £2.50 but instead of being charged £10.50 I was charged £12.

   Service was quite quick although could be quicker. Some workers overly flirtatious with lone females(The fat guy) other than that food is spot on so I would recommend delivery.

   we ordered 10:50pm in the evening they responded more than an hour. we didn't receive our order amount £64. and we didn't got a refund. Driver said it was delivered in the concierge but there is no concierge open. We ask the security team in our place, there was no delivery done according to them. I stayed outside waiting for deliveroo and tried calling back there no answer. It felt our money was stolen from us. Deliveroo mentioned this was a case of miss delivery. but nothing delivered?

   Is there any way to give negative star? Worst customer service earlier it was alright but recently they have changed the staffs and their service is last grade. I used to order from their for about 7-8 months but the recent staffs don't even have any manners on how to treat a regular customer. I thought to give it a go for a month or 2 but today I couldn't take it anymore and finally I have to stopped ordering from their

   Didn’t even want to give a star! Placed an order on their website advised a time which was 45mins. No problem it’s Friday you expect that! Called after and hour to be told it was ready and would be 2mins. 20mins later we called again after now waiting an hour and half. Food turned up no apology for lateness and it wasn’t piping hot which it should be as they are literally less than a 5 min drive. I won’t be using them again as this is why we stopped using them before but thought they may have got better absolutely not!

   Ordered a veggie madras curry paid the £6 and was asked rice or chapati, I had chapati. Was also asked if I wanted it spicy, yes please. Was told 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I called back and it wasn't ready; no problems it was a couple of minutes later. Got home and to my annoyance I received a meat curry, not spicy. What should a customer do here: open the food in the takeaway to see if it's correct? Order a meat curry to receive a veggie one? NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
