   Had chicken lamb sheash no surce but came with loads on it couldn't eat the pitta bread was like gloop ask for side surce got it as I didn't want it on kabab not very nice

   I order all the time as this is one of my favourite spots but today was different. There was many problems with the food and the delivery. I ordered online and payed a little over £11 for a cheese burger meal and when it was delivered the drink which came with the meal was missing. This isnt the first time of which it has happened but normally the delivery driver re routes and comes back. Moving onto the food my burger bun was burnt and tasted stale as it was hard and unlike a regular soft burher bun. For the inside of the burger the tomato tasted really off. It was mushy and had made the inside of the bun soggy to the point where i took it off of the burger and chucked it away. I always love a pot of mayo to dip my chips in today but it was absoloutley revolting the mayonnaise was chunky. This isnt an over exaduration it had chunks in it. I most likely will not be ordering back which is unfortunate as i was a frequant customer.

   Over an hour wait and after chasing via phone told it had left fifteen mins later it finally arrived cold and no sauce on one of the kebabs .... Usually a good place to eat but it's a sorry Saturday service!

   Been going to charcoal grill for years, used to be 5/5 but their recent take aways have been disappointing. Food arriving lukewarm and the chips are either overcooked or soggy most the time. It wasn't to bad considering the price but with the recent price increase can't recommended the takeaway anymore 3/5 if you order. If you want a much better experiance go inside and order since your food will be fresh. Crunchy chips and one of the best donars in town.

   Ordered jacket potato from here and they made an honest mistake with my order. Called to request a replacement & they showed accountability, apologised profusely and replaced the food within 10 minutes. Great food & even better service!
