Worst so called ribs I've ever had. The bit of meat that was on them was dry. Rest was fat, bone snd grissle. China chef on Albert road are amazing. 2nd time I've had them from China kitchen and both times were appalling.

Worst food I have ever eaten, yuck yuck yuck. First and last time, what a waste of money. Egg fried rice tasted like it wasn't even cooked, very bland and cold. I've seen more meat on a blade of grass than the ribs I had and again no real flavour. The pork balls were greasy; just horrible!!!! No, big mistake on my birthday.
Very busy ( world cup +Engerrland !) 3 Children situated behind the counter constantly shouting, bickering & distracting the lady (mum?) trying her very best to appease everyone. Kids repeatedly shouting "PHONE" at the top of their voices every time the phone rang, probably not helping either.. Phoned an order in 35 minutes earlier for a "Ready in half an hou" pickup. Upon arrival food wasn't ready & required an extra 25 minutes wait. Seems to defeat the idea of ringing it in ,if it's not going to be cooked until I'm there. Kung pao chicken laced with very spicy jalapeno / chili peppers. As was the chicken in black bean sauce with peppers. Too hot for us. No batter on the Kung pao chicken which is unusual imo. Not a positive experience all round. Maybe just too busy.
Excellent food really hot and tasty. Haven't used for a while but will definitely be back.
This was the first Chinese takeaway we've had in years. What have we been missing? This place is brilliant! We had the Cantonese set meal for 2. Everything was perfection including the extremely fast delivery. Will definitely use again and 100% recommend. Well done.
Had an amazing meal a few weeks ago. Only down side was not being able to either pay online or over the phone. But everything else was out of this world. Just what we expect from the best Chinese in Retford!
Absolutely amazing Chinese! Lovely man inside recommended the salt and pepper box which includes chips, ribs, chicken & chicken balls and it was absolutely insane! First time but won’t be the last! Would 100% recommend. Lovely staff :)
