Went Christmas shopping in tescos ollerton after good few years away, popped in before shopping found coffee & food sub standered & more expensive than Costa , example small latte £3.90 & small sausage & egg muffin £5.90.
Gem was amazing, offered me water while I was feeding my baby. So polite and kind, a credit to the team.
Food surprisingly good for a supermarket cafe. Service was quick and helpful. Son had mentioned he wanted some water, and before I had a chance to order a bottle on the machine, a lovely lady came out with a cup of water for my son without us even asking. Very impressive customer service altogether.
Gem was lovely , she helped my husband and I find what we needed on the self serve machine. Lovely, thank you

Love it here. Surprisingly lovely food for vegans and vegetarians. Really friendly staff. Always smiling. Brilliant.
Best part if the store. Lovely staff and food as well. Toilets are absolutely awful, yes, even after the 'refurb', which was only new walls, doors, soap holders and dryers.
Had the fish and chips before work, I honestly wouldn't have classed it as fish, it was just pure batter; but the chips were nice!
Soggy lettuce. Rude staff unhelpful with an elderly customer. Some food is ok but there are better places in Ollerton to eat which have fresher food.
