   Arrived at the ibis hotel and went to Arnold's to get some dinner. No pizza so I ordered the burger and a coffee. No coffee as all the machines were off. Burger arrived and it was warm round rubber. Worst burger I have ever had. I asked the staff member if it was freshly cooked and she confirmed it was. OK, maybe it had been left for too long on a warming plate. I asked if for another one to be cooked. Second worst burger I have ever had! I asked to speak to the chef. Out he came. He looked confused that I was still unhappy as he had followed the instructions! The burgers were delivered cooked, and reheated to order. And they were very low quality! Maybe give the cook instructions on how to cook a burger rather than reheat a very poor version of a rustler burger. Make sure the staff can answer honestly on if it's cooked to order or reheated. And get some coffee on! The best advice I can give yo anyone tempted yo eat here is dont. Plenty of other options nearby.

   Very pleased with the hotel room but let down here by Arnold's and I really do not leave negative feedback but had to this time. We decided to dine-in :( I like taking and posting photos of our dishes but not this time. The nachos were oily and stuck together with a dash of guacamole and sour cream. Mushroom hongos burrito was tasteless. Chicken pastor burrito served cold. Maybe we should have asked for them to be served hot?? Nacho grande served cold without guacamole, which we had to ask for. Pizza was cold. Warm chocolate brownie was burnt and hard, which was replaced by a more edible version. The presentation of the sticky toffee pudding was terrible in that it had fallen apart on the large dish! Noticed that other diners hadn't finished their dishes either. Bar waiter was running around trying to do everything. Arnold's needs a visit from Gordon Ramsey. We would stay at the hotel again but will not eat here in the evening. We did give the receptionist feedback when we checked-out and she said she would pass our concerns on.

   Visited here as was staying at the hotel, staff were pleasant but the service was slow and unorganised and the food was terrible. Ordered chicken wings that came out on a hot plate but were still cold! We were refunded for these and given a free drink. Chips were worse than a cheap takeaway, menu is limited in options so you'd of thought the few they do would be good but it's not. Drinks are expensive here I paid £9.50 for a double vodka lemonade! Would avoid if visiting again.

   We tried to go before a concert at the arena, even though the manager would have known in advance about the concert there were not enough staff. The chef was even having to carry out the plates herself! We ended up getting a refund for the food we ordered and going to Domino's. The staff on shift did the best they could but were hugely let down by management.

   Wow. This is not just a hotel restaurant. The food is incredible and exceptionally priced. I had the chicken liver parfait and confit duck with champ mash and red wine jus and would have both again tomorrow. The fact that hotel guests gets 30% off is amazing as the food was by far worth more. Not a fan when a service charge is added to the bill as I would prefer to do this myself. However Dave my server was just perfect. Very friendly and attentive. If i lived nearby i would be a regular here.

   Food lovely at reasonable price. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Had gravadlax as starter and Chateaubriand X2 for main. Cheese for finishing the meal. Highly recommended.
