Good and great price £22 for a great Neo burger , omelette and chips with two drinks so I was impressed with the price and the food tasted good. Toilets need a bit of TLC as a general cleanup, but other than that good food good service
Lovely food, great presentation. Highly recommend the caesar salad, it's amazing! All staff are great and so lovely. Always my go to place☺️☺️☺️
As a previous fan of Neo it really seems to have gone downhill. At 9am the doormat was filthy as was the floor signalling a lack of cleaning the night before. There were crumbs all over the seats, the booths are in disrepair. The food is adequate but very expensive given the relatively poor quality of it. When theres only 2 customers in, cleanliness and service should be top draw but the tea had white floats of off milk and had to be returned. If you can't take pride in your own business how can you expect customers to want to enjoy it? Will be off to morrisons next time
Went here after a stressful day and Carl was amazing. Really helped us out, was friendly and polite. The drinks he made us were beautiful. Edit - Second visit, just as amazing service and two more gorgeous drinks from Carl again

We always find cafe Nero very professional in terms of the customer service, cleanliness, high standard. Today we found a difference in service when ordering two drinks and paying we found we had to wait for half hour or so before we got served so its gone down in my estimation. Today we found a difference in the staff at the café Nero, there was different staff today, the standard is back to a high level again i can only think it was a blip in staffing of the cafe.
Gave us a toastie each with a pathetic amount of coleslaw each. And a dirty glass and too few forks. We had to pay £1.50 each for a tiny pot of coleslaw. Awful.
