Roof me off £9.00 for a phone holder us broke o his box already, I kept the receipt but when I went back to change it the lady off petrol station till she threw it on the bin and told me to buy another one because I'm broke it,,,I never gonna be back again on that services

Waitrose: Almost no sandwiches. Partner went to W.H. Smith as there was a full selection of sandwiches. Could not use Waitrose card as not accepted here but did get magazine for free.
Disappointed at dirty smelly ladies toilets Thursday evening
Nice & Clean. Everything you need for a break after a long drive. KFC, Harry Ramsdons , Subway, Burger king and Starbucks.
Waitrose at the Services are always a treat good healthy food and so much better than KFC'S MCDONALD'S and all the other junk foods that the Services has to offer.
I love Waitrose, and rarely have a bad word to say, but today I had the humiliation of being refused at the pay kiosk. My crime - I had chosen a ‘kids’ drink. I find it fascinating that you are not able to purchase a small apple drink by itself but only as part of a kids package. The only option for ‘adults’ are larger than needed, carbonated drinks!
Clean and welcoming, stores, toilets, restaurants and petrol station. Also car charging points not far from the petrol station and behind the main building. Accessibility - see entrance ramp photos, electronic doors, loos and parking for disabled near to the entrance. Car Parking - free for the first 2 hours, see photo for Tariffs. Plenty of spaces for the disabled bear the building. NB: as usual, cars headed in and out and pedestrians heading in and out of the main building, take care every one. Lorry and coach parks are seperate from the cars. Petrol prices - usual price hike for motorway service stations! Shops, cafes and restaurants - refer the photos for what's there. Toilets: free and include toilets for the disabled.
Service is good, place is clean, however when heading southbound the connecting bridge is not clearly posted and is actually behind what looks like a fire exit hidden 8n the back of whsmith
