Good choice of things. Wide aisles and plenty of space. Not enough staffed tills

One of the larger stores with a good range, the thing that spoilt our visit was the checkout woman who was ignorant, rude and condescending and not very helpful. Will think twice about going again

I never had bad experience in any Sainsburys before but the lady in the customer service desk today was rude and ignored what I asked from her twice. She shouldnt do a customer service if she doesnt willing to help people. I will go somewhere else. I went to buy a lottery and I took from home a lottery ticket. I always reuse the paper. I play with a same numbers years. I brought wrong numbers with me, my partner's by mistake and I won with my numbers. I handed that ticket to her and she had in the desk. She said she needs to keep it. After when I asked back for a second to fill a new one with my numbers as well she didnt give back to me. She just simply ignored me. All I needed just a numbers from that lottery ticket...

It's no shock... Better than Morrisons but more expensive than Aldi. It does what it does well but with much less added value they the Nectar card than you get with other loyalty schemes. Nothing special. But better than ok.

Good supermarket well run clean and very helpful staff. I don’t like the self serve and wouldn’t use this as I once made a mistake and only entered one bottle of lemonade when I had two. Picked up at checkout and was made to feel like a thief by taking me with three staff to a normal check out. Never again!!

Seems to be very bad stock control in this branch. Things that are readily available in other branches are out of stock week after week. Their fruit and vegetables are shocking. Not having dates on seems to be an excuse to sell rotten products. I bought a punnet of peaches, and every one of them was bad. Might as well have just put £2 straight in the bin. I now expect to find at least one or two bad pieces in everything I buy from them, but it is getting ridiculous lately.

This Sainsbury's is extra nice. Shelf's full. There Chinese meals for 2 are to die for. But never eat prawn crackers they are not healthy.

I don't mind shopping here although a lot of other supermarkets are competitive. And the nectar points come in handy from shopping and Argos it is surprising how many you accumulate over the year so come Christmas the points I have accumulated will buy someone a prezzie

Quiet in here today, but spacious and easy to get around. Good stock availability and plenty of choice. Appears to be pricy though

Expensive. Soups, cheaper separately than in a pack of four. Could do with a re-vamp. Good to see Starbucks have set up although we were the only ones in the Q,4 behind the counter, took a good few minutes to be recognised to be served! Expensive.
