   Always order from here but this time very disappointed, pizza was overcooked and was rubbish, I would have been embarrassed to send it out like that. Won’t be ordering from here again

   Last time I order from here. seems to be going down hill each time I order . Took 2 hours 15 minutes for delivery. All the food was stoned cold and bits missing from my order.

   Ordered a pizza from here and was impressed with both the service and the pizza. I got the cheese-filled crust which was similar to a deep pan base which generally I am not a fan of but I must confess I thoroughly enjoyed this one. The flavours were really nice. Would definitely try again and would highly recommend.

   It’s really nice pizza but if this happens one more, never buying again. To add, not the first time, probs been 3 times in a couple months (I eat too much pizza), the did send out a replacement once but couldn't this time, had already shut. Shouldn't happen in the first place. Isn't hard to hold the boxes level.

   I've tried all the local takeaways from Ripley to South normanton and Alfreton and Sutton and Ashfield and all I can say it's that the Pizza Baker its number 1 when its come to the Pizzas ! Delicious pizza dough soo soft and cheesy crust melting in your mouth ! Yummy and keeping the same style guys ! You are number 1

   Ordered a Doner Shish kebab for collection, 6 pieces of meat and stone cold when I got home 5 mins later! Only got 1star because it’s the least I could leave, Never again!!!

   The best kebab I’ve had round here! Good garlic mayo none of that watery stuff! What’s your chilli sauce like lads?? In all seriousness I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken kebab tonight. Will definitely be our new takeaway

   Absolutely shocking experience tonight. Used to really rate this place so ordered to collect at a specific time. Was really busy when I entered but I don't expect to wait 30 mins when I'd already phoned an order through. There was obviously some mix up as I saw the guy put my pizza in the oven afyer being in there a good 20 mins and they had some discussion about it not being ready. I was in the shop so someone could have spoken to me and asked if I minded waiting. My 5 year old was waiting on the car with her dad. No apology or anything else. Shocking service and won't be using again. There was a 2 hour wait for delivery and loads of people ringing up to complain. They even took the phone off the hook as they clearly couldn't deal with the volume.
