Asked for chicken meat and chips got chicken wings and chips tried saying that’s what we asked for but they was having none of it wouldn’t recommend, they all give you a dirty look aswell.
Ordered pizza via food hub. Food sweaty, under cooked and inediable. Called the shop to discuss, not helpful and very standoffish. Disgusting good and behaviour. Best thing about the takeaway was the cans of drink (can’t go wrong as not prepared by them)
We've had a family takeaway tonight... wasn't sure to start with after not a great experience previous.. I can say they have certainly turned a corner and couldn't fault the food or service. 10/10 will definitely be ordering again.
After a few drinks in Matlock town, called in to grab some dinner, ordered 2 kebabs.. price didn’t quite match the order and prices on the menu, never thought to question it, the other half did have a few specific requests. Got home to eat our dinner to find out the bag was full of food we hadn’t ordered! But had been charged for!!! As for the restaurant itself… If you saw the conditions of which your food was being stored and prepared in… you’d think twice about ordering from here!! Witnessed the “cook” drop a bag of fries all over the floor pick them up and put them in the fryer!! Will never eat from here again.
This place does the best kebab I ever had (take away kebabs). Everything is very fresh and the guys who work there are quality people. I would give 10 stars if possible.
Ordered £20 worth of food from their website, and waited 45 minutes before checking the website again which said it would be another 30 minutes. 2 hours after placing the order I rang the store. They put the delivery driver on the phone, who claimed the food had been delivered, called me a liar and thief and slammed the phone down. I have 24-hour CCTV at my house to prove it wasn't delivered. No way of getting my money back. Hope this place gets shut down. Do not buy pizza from here, no guarantee you'll get anything.
I ordered a chicken strip wrap with lettuce and mayo, i received practically a lettuce wrap with mayo. I also ordered a special salad that consisted of half a box of onion, more lettuce and two pieces of tomato. I might as well have just ordered a salad, £20 was expensive for just one salad..
Ordered 2 steak special kebabs, they arrived as normal, started eating the food, found out steak was off! The smell and taste was horrible. Rang to complain and was told the steak was fresh today, never got to speak to the manager just heard him shouting its fresh and whenever the girls on the phone asked if I wanted a refund he shouted no refund its fresh! Ended up settling for pizza as a replacement.
Nice food but if you order take out, there's a minimum £28.40 order fee, irrespective of little how your order is !! No information given whilst ordering, in fact your order total shows a reduced amount. Nearly £30 for 2 small kebabs, delivered !? Wouldn't mind so much but, been a regular customer for over a year. Rang and spoke to the owner, zero interest ! Avoid.......
