   This place loves to pretend it is shut when it isn't, it closes at 11pm but God forbid you don't order before half 9 or else you either get out right ignored or you get a freezing meal, delivered late by tweedle dumb and tweedle dee which is also served with missing ingredients and a side of attitude from the delivery guys because they just wanna be at home so desperately that they think it's chill to deliberately upset their customers. However, if you are part of the lucky people that finish work early and can order takeaway at the perfect 7pm time slot then you can rest assured that your food will be banging, why did Dolly ever say it was a hard life working 9-5?

   Milano is always my go-to place for food! The food is consistently delicious — especially the kebabs, which are always cooked perfectly and full of flavour. It’s such a nice place to go to, with great quality every time. I’ve never been disappointed — always amazing!

   ordered food online though there website the money came out and they refused to send me the food because the system wasn't working on their end. even when i offered to show them proof and the money coming out and the website thanking me for the order. im wirting this now 1 hour and 30 mins after placing the order.

   wouldn't visit here again even if they paid me the staff's attitude is atrocious the yeti behind the counter tried to rob my 12yr old godson of £2 when i sent him in to pay for food i'd ordered the staff tried to dupe him into thinking they'd give him too much change it wasn't till i entered the shop and taught them basic mathematics they realised they'd short changed him by £2 now this might not seem like a lot but it depends how many customers they do this too, when i showed them they was in wrong with their maths and they'd short changed him i got attitude and told never to come back and as long as them staff are in there i won't be returning i run and operate funfair equipment i wouldn't give either of them a job neither of them can add up and their customer service skills lead much to be desired personally i'd avoid this place like the plague! in fact i'd rather have the plague than come into contact with the staff in this establishment

   Ordered from Milanos regularly, we placed our order around 8pm we were still waiting at 9:50 when they told us it would be 40 mins, we then tried to ring up 8 times to find out where our order was No answer!, so we then ordered from somewhere else. the food arrived after being 2 hours late we told them sorry but we no longer want it as it took so long the delivery woman was quite rude and said “well I need you to take the order” we were very polite to the woman and apologised but said it was too late, she didn’t once apologise for the wait the only bad experience we have had from here but was terrible.
