   Was meeting family today with my grandchild, my sister arrived first and explained that our father was coming and had a dog, so was told to sit at a table to the left. I turned up with my grandchild and was told we couldnt sit there cos we had a baby!!! Yet to the right side area it didnt accept dogs, to rhe left didnt accept babies!! WHY!! Then we dont you have a designated area for families with a child and a dog!!! We wasnt even told in a friendly manner. I asked why, said id never heard of this law. She said it isn't a law its companies policy!! Then where in your company's policy does it suggest where we can sit,enjoying a meal and some quality family time, at the same time as being made to feel welcomed. We stayed due to limited time to find somewhere else to eat, but I wont be back, nor would I reccomend this unfriendly place!! Tbh, it wasnt very busy either, so why risk turning a table of 5 away. My sister found you extremely rude and unfriendly and agreed we'd not return there for our next meet up!! You're loss !!

   We visited the pub for late brunch as we had appointments at the pharmacy nearby, we were welcomed into the pub by Zack, Natalie which we were told upon arrival find a table and you can either order at the bar or on the app, we chose app order which were very easy to navigate, one downfall of the app is you can't customise your food order to take things off and replace for something else, However the food came and were hot and tasty, Must give Luke the Chef 10/10 for putting pepper on the mushrooms!! They were absolutely scrumptious, I were with my parents have been in the hospitality trade over 40 years, we appreciate good customer service, prompt service, we were not waiting long for drinks or food and this were our first time in this pub and we really did enjoy it and we will be back to try main menu at some point as well.

   We visit often as a family, we have food and use both the pub and play area. The food is always lovely and 10/10. Play area is clean and lots of fun for the children. And the staff can’t do enough for you. We love coming here in the evenings for tea and really enjoy the quiz on a Thursday too!

   Visited the Romans rest during the week, it was a lovely pub with ample seating. Tiffany was behind the bar this particular day and I have to say see was wonderful. She was able to talk us through the different Gins they had on offer and even advise us on a few favourites on the menu. Tiffany was polite and enthusiastic about her job and very much made us feel welcome. Thanks again Tiffany and see you again soon Romans rest.

   Lily who works in the PlayZone area has been so lovely the both times we have been. Her customer service has been incredible she interacts with the children and always takes the time to make conservation with us and assists with our orders if needed. She has helped me personally feel more welcomed which has drastically helped my social anxiety especially after having my baby. A true asset to the company and a massive change from my previous experiences! She has made me far more inclined to frequently visit!

   Top notch prices and top notch quality. Far surpasses wetherspoons for a reasonably priced evening meal. Big selection too. And great for kids with their play area. My little one loved it! Thanks guys

   Absolutely amazing. Play area is immaculately clean, suitable for all ages and kept the little ones entertained for several hours. Lady working in wacky warehouse was a credit to the company, brilliant with the children and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with food. Thanks :)

   Went to a kids party . All started well until the food was supposed to arrive. Had to wait another 15 minutes for party food which is a long time for hungry toddlers. Not very well organised. The girl in charge of the party wasn't very organised and had to keep leaving to get things she'd forgotten! On the plus side the food was good. As adults we ordered a sharer starter which was ample for the 2 of us and really good.
