The worst experience. The young man at the door was absolutely rude and seemed angry for some reason. The old lady who served us was kind at the begining but changed her mood all of a sudden because we didn't leave a tip!! Well ..we didn't leave a tip, because my margarita WAS NOT a margarita..I kindly requested to swap my margarita as it didn't taste as a margarita AT ALL..the old lady tried to convince me to put in to it some more lime SYRUP!! Which obviously it would only have made it worse!! She did swap it at the end but I think it was her obligation to at least inform me that she would charge me for the awful margarita! When my husband saw that on the bill he was fuming ! I want to mention here that I had only tried one zip from the NON margarita! I asked for a medium-well steak and I got a very well done and burnt one ! The mexican rise was absolutely tasteless! The cream on the sticky pudding was literally like vomet! Overpriced with absolutely NO REASON! Unacceptable service and not even average food! In an empty place you can at least serve people the right way !!

Pleasantly surprised by our visit. We were a party of 5 (3 generations) having 2 or 3 courses each and everyone enjoyed their food. I particularly loved my fajitas and those who didn't like spicy food were well catered for (eg seabass). Staff were great, correctly reading our group dynamics, to add to the party atmosphere.

This place was fantastic. We had come to the markets from Keighley and stumbled in looking for somewhere to eat. Think it was oliver on the door told us we had a 45 min wait for table. He booked us one for later that same evening helped us with directions to our hotel was super friendly and we were not disappointed the food was so nice very impressed service was fantastic. Defo recommend a visit.

Beautiful interior, staff were attentive and the food was pretty delicious and reasonably priced. I got a cocktail and 3 starters for €35/36 and the portions are large. Recommend the starter prawns and the birria quesadilla a lot. The patatas bravas were nice too but just too spicy. They list the spice levels on the menu so that’s my bad. Great experience overall.

Service is disgusting. If you want a restaurant that serves bland tortilla chips, mid margaritas, overpriced food and horrendous service then sadly this is the place for you. Myself and my partner booked at 8:30 (bookings went up until 10pm so we thought we were in safe hands) looking on google to see it closes at 10 pm so we had plenty of time to enjoy our anniversary meal. However, we walked into the venue to be met with not even a smile, just do you have any allergies (thank god they do that at least). When sat we were told that we had to be out by 9:15, giving us 45 minutes?? We assumed this was a mistake and was rushed into our drink orders 1 minute after we had sat down, I hadn’t even looked at the menu! We tentatively asked for a margarita as a guess they would do them. When arrived (iced) it was more liquid with a bit of ice floating about, without that proper margarita taste. Next we ordered our starters, to be told they will come out the same time as our mains, starters were admittedly delicious, the calamari and tacos were stunning and flavoursome (unlike the margaritas). The mains were also delectable. In this time we asked for a bottle of wine, to be told no, as the bar closed at 9 and we had 15 minutes to drink it. On an ANNIVERSARY dinner I was not allowed wine? At this time the two servers Nicola (either the younger girl or the elderly lady) were staring us down whilst eating, constantly coming around to say they were closing and snatching the other tables plates when they clearly had other members of the party eating. The ladies next to us asked politely for another drink as they were not told the bar closed, to be barked at and evil eyed by the old one that the bar had closed. To worsen this, whilst I was still eating, the bill was randomly slapped down into our table in silence with a smirk from the younger girl. I was completely taken a back and shocked by this behaviour. I then asked why it said 10pm on the website to be snarkily told that they can close early if they want, if that’s the case then surely update your bookings? What if we had booked for 10pm?! We then politely asked for the 40% off advertised on the website, to be cut off with they don’t do that here and asked how we want to pay. For a 90 pound bill I would expect a bit more grace also considering we were only sat for 45 mins. They then had the CHEEK to request a tip on the card machine, we proudly said no. We walked out with no thank you, no come again nothing, just ignored by staff in their own clothes chatting at the bar in their phones. It’s such a shame as their food is delectable (5 stars to the chef) however the service was disgusting and being eyed and rushed through a dinner of 5 pounds or 90 is not okay. And to the no mannered, ruthless senior woman who I assume was the manager, clearly needs to learn proper service and hospitality skills, and probably should be demoted, clearly an old dog doesn’t learn new tricks unfortunately

Had the most amazing dining experience thanks to Roxanne. She was extremely bubbly and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious, piping hot and very well presented. It was really busy as well but we didn't wait any time for our drinks or food. We came here on a whim as we were flying from Manchester the next day and very glad we did. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Roxanne!

Unbelievably busy which is to be expected with football and events going on but it didn't make it any less of an experience. Staff were absolutely brilliant ran like clockwork. The food and drink was swiftly brought out we didn't wait for anything it was all red hot high quality food. Habenero prawns was probably the best dish I've had all year. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

When I first arrived I was greeted by a very friendly, helpful and attentive waitress who quickly seated us amd gave us a good table. The waitress (Nicola I think her name was) was knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of my questions. The food was really tasty and came out of the kitchen pipping hot (better than it being lukewarm). I couldn't fault the food, the quality was very good and it was bursting with flavour! A nice little extra was that one staff member started handing out Sombrero's which was fun to wear while eating. Service was very quick and we didn't have to wait long for anything. I like the decor here too and would most probably return if I'm ever nearby and hungry.

There’s something about this place that makes you feel like you’ve stepped back home in a matter of seconds. The food aromas, the cosy interiors or the warm smiles from the servers or a combination of all the above. No reservations were needed. The portions were massive. Food price for food. We wanted to order desert but were too full. The nachos sharer was extremely delicious and quite mild. The fajita was sizzling hot. The drinks were to the point for the heatwave- a good call since we were scared to dine in

Great service, food was tasty, cocktails have us those holiday vibes so can't complain, we got to be the second people to order the new churros tower, the caramel milk Dip (I can't remember it's correct name but in English it translates to this) was absolutely delish! Great atmosphere! Would highly recommend, only down fall was the cleanliness of the upstairs toilets but could be dealt with quickly I'm sure wouldn't be an issue all the time we just came at peak time so the staff were extremely busy.
