   I have been in here quite a few times now and the beers are decent but obviously top prices as your trapped in an airport so they all do the same and charge premium prices. This time we ordered food and I wish I had read the reviews before we did. I went to the bar there was only me and it still took longer than any one man should have to wait to be served. The guy seemed like he wanted to do anything but serve patrons at the bar. Which was also anything but clean the two trollys worth of glasses at the end of the bar not to mentions the sicky bar and dirty tables (I have to say at this point it was not busy, we were one of the last four flights out) anyway I digress. When we ordered the food it wasn't a long wait but was extremely underwhelming. A very small portion of chips and small burger despite the description and picture. Over priced even if they weren't to bad taste wise. They didn't have any onions rings despite being on the menu, so we decided on a side of coleslaw instead. We paid £3.99 and frankly it was a joke. Finally, the gravy which came with my burger was embarrassing - not a phrase I don't use ligthly. As you can see by the picture it looks more like chip fat, with the consistency of water which didn't taste or smell of anything. Initially I thought it was vinegar and after tasting it I still wasn't sure what it was. So, I asked the lad that was serving the meals to clarify. He looked at me like I had two heads to which he replied gravy (obviously)! My advice don't have food here. Avoid, just go to Buger King.

   I had a wonderful experience thanks to Elizabeth, our waitress. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. Elizabeth made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed, and her recommendations were spot on. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm personality. She really went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Elizabeth if you visit — she truly makes the dining experience exceptional!

   I just had one of the best experiences at The Saltaire Bar & Eatery at Leeds Airport. Not only was the burger absolutely delicious — honestly the best I’ve had — but the service made it even better. Elizabeth, who helped us, was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely friendly. It’s rare to meet someone so warm and positive, especially in a busy airport setting. Her attitude turned an ordinary meal into one of the highlights of my trip. Thank you, Elizabeth, for the great food and even greater service!

   A few staff members were helpful and there’s a good range of drinks and food, but sadly the overall experience was disappointing. Service was slow — told 7–12 mins for food, waited closer to 30. Some staff seemed more interested in chatting (including someone I assume was the manager) than serving customers. The atmosphere wasn’t helped by overhearing staff complain about each other. One staff member didn’t know what slaw was — not their fault, but it highlights the need for better training from management. Could be much better as it shows potential, but leadership is needed.

   Not a nice place app not working, no cups for tea,toaster not working full breakfast fully microwave over price Leeds Airport need to look their catering department. Duty free was lovely and the girls where very helpful.

   Cold food, clearly microwaved. Paid £73 for 2 burgers a bottle of Wine a pint. Wost food I've had in a pub in years. I could have gone to Millar and Carter and got MUCH better quality food and drink for £14 more. Disgrace that airports charge these prices for the most average of foods. If you want a burger go to Burger King on the way in... at least you know that's been microwaved. Terrible

   Worst restaurant experience in my life.! Firstly I ordered at the bar a breakfast. I was charged more than on the menu. I pointed it out to the guy behind the bar. He took the menu off me and ripped it up arrogantly in front of my face and said that was the old prices! (even though that was the menu in the tables). He then refused to honour the advertised price on the menu. The £13.49 breakfast arrived speedily. So speedily that the chef didn’t have time to cook the fried eggs and they were extremely uncooked. The server slammed my plate down with a look of hatred on her face. The bacon and beans were stone cold. Totally inedible. I then complained about the poor breakfast and the person I told just shrugged and walked off. No apology. No offer to put right or refund. Clearly all the staff here hate their job and customer service is not of any interest to them.
