Food is always nice,and diliverd in the time they say....its really downhill since the older lady left we stopped going because the ingredients got less..no taist and under cooked..we go to the new dragon House at conisborough clean and different class
On the menu it says they take card when we went to pick up our order they said they only take cash we went to the near by Asda and got some cash out, after returning with the cash with found out that they have thrown our order in the bin we were gone no longer than 10 minutes.

Having ordered from here multiple times previously, it is always an indicator of how good or bad a business is based on how they resolve a problem. Today we ordered and had food delivered. Part of the order was wrong due to a mistake made over the phone. A call was made to rectify this, no apology was offered just that they would redeliver the correct item and take payment of £1.40 at home. We explained that we had not eaten what was not ordered and would return this. After some debate it was agreed to swap this at no cost as it was their mistake. When the driver arrived he tried to take payment which we refused based on the previous conversation. He had us speak to the boss on the phone again who now said we would have to pay?! Again no apology and no customer service and the replacement food was taken away as we refused to pay based on principal! Such a small issue caused by the restaurant them self which would have cost less than 10% of the cost of the one order to resolve has now resulted in this review and the loss of multiple long term customers once word of mouth has spread between family and friends. STAY AWAY!
