   STAY AWAY!!!! To start with the driver had no change for our cash order, so we was short changed. We then get to opening the food and realise the wrong thing has been sent out. They sent chips with grated cheese instead of cheese sauce. Minor issue but when it’s the main reason you order from them instead of somewhere else it’s a bit of a joke. The food quality is shocking. Donner meat is rock hard and chewy, chips are oven cooked frozen chips which are overpriced and vile. The cheese is like plastic. Not worth the money at all. To top it off, could not get through to anyone on the phone to complain. £16 down drain

   honestly the 1 star is being generous and that’s only because i have to give a star for a review. in short order elsewhere it’ll be better. Where do i start? Broken website, they’re aware of it. Rather than assist or give any warning about it being broken they will still take your money. Had to wait 2 hours to only call to be told that. Guy on a phone was very patronising, rude and gave very lazy responses, none to which found a solution to any issues being raised. He then had the audacity to ask us for a cash payment for delivery instead and that he will “sort” out bank tomorrow. Although he had acknowledged payment had gone through with confirmation email and could see it had gone through. Seems dodgy and is probably in breach of some financial policy’s. In the end, ended up with no food and down £30. No refund or any assistance has been offered since. Might as well rename themselves to Karen Bites with that horrible service.

   Food came cold so make sure you have a microwave (we live in Barlborough so no excuses). Give the chilli sauce a miss or get a pot so you can try before it’s put on your food. We’ve not used them for a long time and I think it’s going to be a long time before we re visit. Staff are very good though.

   Absolute garbage!! Ordered a takeaway and no mention of shortages, asked for price at time of phone call. Delivery arrived and they tried asking for more money which I questioned. Upon opening we were a fish short but a pie extra. When I called I was told they had run out of fish so had sent a pie, if I had wanted a pie and not a fish I would have ordered plus as a business I wouldn’t have altered the price. Utterly useless will never order again!!
