   This mcdonald’s is SO slow, especially in the drive thru, the whole point of ordering on the mcdonald’s app is so you get your food faster, they should be preparing it right? Well we had to park in the car park and wait for our food to come out to us…and then when we got home, they’d missed out a straw for my drink and the chips we ordered which was ON THE RECEIPT just not in the bag??

   Ordered a cheesy chicken stack, it literally just had chicken on it. No cheese patty there. Over £8.00 for that and some cremated fries. No way I could have checked that or thought about dismantling my burger in the drive through to check either. Not the first time they’ve just omitted something from my order either and charged me for it.

   I have just spent 2 or 3 days ill, without eating. I recovered enough to feel hungry so I ordered a McDonalds Takeaway. Well to start with actually being able to order was a trial by combat. They insist on my having an email app on my phone. I never have had. The cost was £16+ for a very simple cheeseburger meal. Almost straight away it must have been given to a delivery guy. Great! Except, since I am ill, I did not want to come into contact with anyone. Their 'contactless' delivery requires the driver (nice guy) to ask for a pin code. So, I have my meal with 10 to 15 minutes of ordering! Shouldn't that be something to shout about? It would be, except it was all stone cold. Not just a ruined meal, but a ruined return to eating at all.

   Upon a fair morn, as we did journey toward Conisbrough Castle, four weary travellers—myself, my Wife , two Boys, sought humble sustenance. And so, upon venturing that way, we turned into a McDonald’s, hoping for brief respite and nourishment. Alas, what cruel fate awaited us within. The air itself teemed with a plague of flies—a buzzing scourge upon light, floor, tray, and table alike. No hand could rest, no fry be eaten, no burger unguarded. We fought not hunger, but an invasion of winged wretches, relentless in their siege. One brave double quarter pounder once full of promise fell in battle, tainted beyond redemption by the swarm. Into the bin it went, a noble sacrifice to a failed sanctuary. We have visited McDonald’s many times before, but never hath it been thus. On this day, it was not a restaurant, but a battlefield. A grievous fall from grace. All the world’s a stage but this one served flies with fries.

   Want to wait half an hour at a drive through and have cold food with half a large fries. This is the place to be! There was no que when I decided to go through the drive through at 9pm on a Wednesday, thinking, I'm only ordering one meal. It should only take a few minutes, nope! I don't like posting about negative things, but if you are going to increase the obesity level and litter in my local area, at least be half decent. Serves me right. Never again. No apologies or explaination when I got to the window.

   How on Earth do you miss the top of the bun on a Big Mac! And to top it off it was cold. This place has had too many issues like this from day 1 and I thought after a long time of not going. I would try again. Went through drive threw to eat at home. Got home and found this. Also had sweet chilli wrap. Ok. Not all of us like cucumber. But they completely missed that out too. I’m done with this place.

   If I could give zeo stars I would have. Firstly staff incompetence. Despite clearly stating no salad on our food clearly no quality control and food covered in salad and ruined two meals. I even checked the receipt which clearly stated no salad. The quality of the food was terrible also and the next day suffered with stomach cramps from poorly prepped food. The food presentation was diabolical and looked like it had been run over. I don't care how busy you can't compromise quality over quantity. Won't be returning to this poorly run franchise.

   Fries already cool when delivered to table. 1 meal arrived about 10 minutes after the other then half was missing. Staff seemed to have no energy or bothered. Not first visit to this branch but definitely the worse experience here. Hopefully will be improved when we visit again. :(

   Visited 17.02.2022 around 07:00 Absolutely useless!!! Click and serve is so slow staff are of no help. It is by far the worse McDonald’s establishment. Considering it has only recently opened I’ve given it plenty of chances and it just seems to be getting worse. It’s supposed to be fast food and it is everything but!!! Visited 24.05.2022 around 22:20 It’s still no better 3 months on. Absolutely disgusting!!! It was completely empty yet still staff were sat in the back chatting while the front of house looked like a bomb had gone off with dirty tables and food waste. They really need to bring a manager in that knows what he’s doing or shut this establishment down.
