   fast food? since when? everytime ive been i get told to park up. new menu items not available if there new menu items plenty should be ordered when doing stock. arrived at drive through get passed our drinks and have to hand them back as they came half full, then asked us to park up. food finally arrived dips missing from bags after they have been paid for that comes with the meals might aswel send a burger out with no bread! and to top it all off chips are cold and taste like they been stood! think staff need to be trained again on how to do a job and carry it out correctly! waste of money.

   Super fast. Clean but crumbs on my table. Food tasted good. No coffee this morning but I enjoyed the chocolate for a change.

   Steadily on the downwards hill in regards to quality of service for many months it seems. The latest visit exemplified all that is wrong with ther restaurant nowadays. Reaching the drive through you will be rushed to finish your order whilst staff tend to prefer messing about with other staff. Guarantee they will ask you to park up and then forget part of your order but gladly take the money. Not a one off occurrence.

   Terrible hot chocolates, obviously the machine was broken but they still added them to my delivery, brown water was not nice, went down the sink. Cold half filled fries as well. And Uber eats useless as always

   Not once have we had our order be correct from here, and wait times are horrendous. Doesn't matter what time of day you go, it makes no difference. It shouldn't take 20mins+ for an order only for it to be wrong everytime. And the service is even slower if you go instore. Go to Morrisons next door and make it yourself - it'll be cheaper, quicker, tastier, and warm!

   Service was good using the drive through. I can only imagine the staff preparing the food was just about to quit or get sacked as the cheeseburgers had the cheese on the outside of the bun and the Big Macs had no meat in them at all?????? Too far away to go back, really disappointed and hungry.

   Open 24 hours a day so there is no rush to get there before closing time. Staff are always polite and friendly despite looking incredibly busy looking after drive through, in house and online orders. Old favourites and seasonal options are available on the menu and there is a growing vegan menu which is great to see.

   Clean and basically free... notmany customers inside, most were at the drive-through. It looked like it was adequately staffed (which is always a problem these days... for sone reason) and all staff (I engaged with) were nice... usual Mac customer service. Carpark was accessible and ample. Food was as usual and service was relatively fast so... exactly what you expect from a Mac!

   Quite slow service, my quarter pounder was in 2 pieces and was cold, with less sauce than usual, and all the cheese and sauce was on one side of the burger so the other side was fairly bland. The coke zero was flat, too. Disappointed.
