At 17.00 o'clock on 10th of December 2025 the manager gave me a unreadable receipt which was legally not a receipt and did not do anything to help me to print out a legal one. He was rude and did not give me even his name.
Geographical unfair treatment based on our region. Discrimination, wouldn’t take our order or help us because we are scouse. Took someone else’s though unfair
Rude staff, really poor experience. I’d recommend you avoid this Subway location and try somewhere else
When ordering veggie sandwich had to remind worker to change gloves. Terrible attitude. Re-training required. Wished to argue with me and was wanting to charge extra for what should be a standard sandwich. Left before order completed due to rudeness from staff member.
Always a great place to visit when you are stopping of on your journey, staff are polite, friendly and get you served as quick as possible
Ordered 2 subs and wedges, 1 sub was great, meatball and cheese toasted. Sadly, the other was at the other end of the spectrum. No teriyaki sauce so was plain chicken, wasn’t toasted, then incorrect toppings applied, not sure why sweetcorn was substituted because they didn’t have crispy fried onion, I would rather you just not put any on. The side of wedges was prepared in a rush and most of the seasoning uncarefully plopped on the centre of one wedge while the others had barely any on. Then didn’t even come with the aioli dipping sauce I had selected. Ruined the meal and not in a rush to go back to sub-par-way.
It's a subway great food at reasonable prices
Witnessed your staff named Milly helping foreign lad to get his sandwich. The lad didn't speak English despite that Milly was very lovely and patient. She also made me a good sandwich
