   If you want good food delivered within the proper time period given…… Don’t order from here I have been scammed twice! My order was never sent out and upon phone calls ( one of which I was verbally abused by the staff) I was lied to multiple time that a delivery driver was outside, upon waiting outside for 1 hour right outside the door in the freezing cold I am well aware (including a ring for bell recording) that there wasn’t a delivery for my food order at all, worst of all I never received a refund nor food in the end. You can be nothing but polite and still be treated like rubbish for no apparent reason proper manners should never go amiss, unfortunately this takeaway knows non! Absolutely awful! I am ashamed to see that takeaways such as this one are still in business in this day and age!

   Ordered from here a few weeks ago this was my usual go to take away, my favourite to be fair.. I normally order via just eat but remembered they’d asked for me to use their own website so the one night I do use it the food took over 2 hours to come and was wrong and I was missing an item I rang over 200 times but no one would pick up I managed to get through to customer care via their website to be told I wouldn’t receive a refund but they’d send the right order out but by this time it was touching 1am I had work the next day so I was not waiting for more food. They refused the refund despite years of custom and despite the fact this was my first time asking for a refund regardless of the odd mix up. Disappointed. Will never order again.

   So imagine ordering a Kebab Meal Deal at 9oclock to be told your order will be with you at 9:31, 9:45 and there’s still no food. I then phoned Diego’s to be told the food was out for delivery. 10:25 comes along and there’s still no food, so again I phoned up the shop to be told they apparently can’t find the order, even tho I always use the website. Oh and there’s nothing they can do even tho they have taken £14.59 out my bank account. Safe to say I won’t be using them again

   I’m very fussy about pizza but needs must when you’re hungry. I ordered the American Hot Pizza, Garlic Cheese Pizza and fries. My order said it would be at least an hour however it arrived sooner than that. I was concerned that I’d just got a ‘keep warm’ pizza. I was worrying too much. The pizza was hot, well cooked and very tasty as was the garlic cheese pizza. The fries were hot and crisp. I’ll DEFINITELY be using Diego’s again. A very enjoyable meal!

   Very disappointed Ordered a doner kebab with mayo and it literally looked like somebody had empties the entire contents of the mayo on the kebab And the meat was extremely undercooked Second time I ordered from here ,first was ok This was shocking Had to claim full refund back Won't order again from here sorry

   Still waiting 3 and a half hours later...i regularly order and usually its an hour wait which I do not mind but today everytime I've rang they have fobbed me off saying its gunna be 5 minutes this is now an hour and 45 minutes later...shame how down hill this place is going, if you don't have drivers don't take delivery orders.

   I would give 0 stars if possible but unfortunately have to give atleast 1! Ordered the couples deal which includes 2x 12 inch pizzas, garlic bread, 2x chips and 2x cans for £18, to only have 1 pizza turn up. Ordered via Just Eat and for some reason it only processed 1 12x inch pizza. Diego took payment for the couples deal. No one contacted us to say there was an issue with the deal as only 1 pizza was selected. We questioned this when delivered and we said we would ring the shop to look in to it further for the guy to say he was the boss. He said he couldn't do anything more. Shocking service and to top it off, the order is stone cold. Happy to take the money but not deal with a problem. Will not be ordering from here again and I would advise you to do the same.

   Friday 5th august 2022 orderd chicken strip meal and 2 donner kebabs on nann . Everything was great the chicken strips was cooked well golden in colour and very tender the keebab meat was fantastic not rubbery (like some other takeaways) even the nan bread stayed soft i asked for salad separate and it was deliverd in a platic container so fresh and plenty of it very crisp just how salad should be . It was deliverd before time and the lady who deliverd the meal was lovley very polite and she had hurt her foot so was limping but she was lovley . The meal was also very hot when deliverd . Thank you to all will definatley be ordering again oh also the girl on telephone when i orderd was also very polite and rechecked my order when i asked . Thank again keep up the exellent work and food .

   Just recieved our order and is above expected. Sorry to the driver as it seems they have removed the ability to tip via the app. If I'd have known I'd have rooted round for some cash, I thought helooked confused when I send I'll send the tip through the app... Good is good like usual! Would recommend
