First time ordering from Jade Palace. Delivery was fast, and the food arrived fresh and hot. The Hong Kong style sweet and sour pork tasted great. The duck fried vermicelli was a bit over seasoned but still tasted good. I would definitely order again.

Amazing Service, ordered a large order for the family Friday night. Delivery was quick within 45 minutes, food was hot and we got free prawn crackers, fortune cookies and an extra rice. Would highly recommend. Best in bolsover!
Absolute class chinese, delivery is fast and food is great, tried alot in the area and these are my favourites, chicken chow mein is sooooo good
Very delicious Chinese takeaway. We tried different Chinese food from many places like Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield etc. Jade Palace is the top of it! I am really glad we have such a good Chinese takeaway in our town. And the staffs are nice and friendly too! Highly recommend!
I thought I would try here for a small meal for myself and my daughter. I really wish I hadn’t bothered. Pancake roll - bag full of fat. Soggy on the inside and as I put it on the plate more grease spilled out. Sweet and sour chicken in batter - stodgy batter with a small piece of rubber chicken inside . sauce - watery Chips - mostly bits - hard Rice - we ate some of the rice although even this was really greasy. Only given two stars as the delivery was faster than expected and friendly staff. I certainly won’t be returning

Ordered from here this evening. Chilli beef was one dish…I didn’t realise this was a whole onion with some beef. There was honestly more onion, green pepper than chilli beef!. Same this the chicken chow main. Sorry won’t be coming back
Ive been enjoying chinese food for over 45 years...the meal i had from here last weekend has the honour of being the worst chinese food i have ever had...the chicken was slimey, the prawns overcooked, the beef tasteless...the black bean sauce had zero flavour, the noodles likewise...the food was also tepid on arrival and generally unappealing....on a positive note, the rice was nice! Its the only thing i ate...
Not lived in the area very long...but have to say this has to be the best Chinese takeaway I've had since living here... Food always piping hot when it arrives and very generous with portion size. Would recommend to anyone... Definitely meets expectations... Excellent customer service and always delivers within time stated... Can't fault in any way... And will definitely continue to use jade palace.
