   I ordered takeaway as traveling to China tomorrow so I didn't have to cook tonight, WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS!! I av used this takeaway for many years and seen it change hands many times, this is the worst kebab and cheese chips ever,FACT!!!! Kebab/chicken meat looks like was pre warmed from night before, cheese and chips well wot a JOKE!NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE,looks like after 15 years looking for a new takeaway, app will be deleat

   If I could give 0 stars I would. Food was cold when arrived, pizza tasted like cardboard. The chicken burger was so small o couldn’t even taste it, all I could taste was bread. Used to love this place but gone really down hill. Won’t be going back

   Half my order didn't arrive , the pizzas that did arrive 2hours after I'd placed the order were hard n cold . My children had toast n went to bed disappointed after looking forward to their favourite treat . Spoke to lady on the phone who said she would look into what had happened n get back to me but never did . Nearly £30 down on cold pizza , could had a domino's pizza for cheaper n it would have been warm ! Just eat won't refund me because I can't prove they are cold from a photo ? Restaurant hasnt answered my 12 calls to listen to my complaint but can still take ppl money on just eat and there website. Seems long gone are the days when the customer is always right...how am I ment to prove my pizza is cold n hard on a photo ? Add icecubes ? .. How can I show what is missing from my order with a photo if I don't have it ?? Jesus the world's just gone mad.. Deleting just eat , never ordering again. Zero customer service at all.

   Used to be hit and miss here but they've really upped their game lately. Kebabs are decent but the pizzas have really improved. Last 3 orders have been lovely. Best pizzas around.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID. WORST TAKEAWAY IVE HAD IN MY LIFE. Ordered a delivery from here and when it finally turned up not only was the food stone cold the cheesy chips had next to no cheese on and were in the tiniest boxes i have ever seen. My lamb shish kebab contained about 5 chunks of burned meat and a pitta bread that had been torn in half! Not happy considering it cost 20 quid so i rang up to complain and was told “if you want your food hot mate you collect init” in the most sarcastic tone. I would genuinely rather eat a tin of dog food then eat from this place again. Clearly not on my own reading some of the other reviews. Place should be shut down!

   So, I have ordered from this place a few times. Everytime I have ordered for delivery, my food has sometimes come late and it has always come cold. Today, I placed an order for collection at 5:30pm to be collected for 6:30pm through just eat. I got a notification at 5:45 saying my food was ready to be collected. Why they made it that early is beyond me. I ended up turning up at 6:10 and my food was yet again cold. Absolutely appalling service from this place. I won’t be ordering from here again. Collection or delivery. I have gave them enough chances.

   Food tastes nice but turns up cold 9 times out of 10 or something wrong with order. Chose to collect today for this reason and requested 6.30, food ready at 6 so cold again. Won’t be using them again, too many issues.

   Verbal abuse on the phone, like rest of the reviews. The food was that black and burnt it broke my mothers tooth! I phoned up and it is going to police and trading standards and we have screen shotted All the reviews of other people claiming they have done the same. We have the photo evidence of my mothers tooth in a bag and this is going further. Saying my mother is lying and “go to kfc next time” and that she just wanted a free pizza! Avoid avoid avoid! Hung up on me when I phoned them on my mothers behalf.

   Absolutely shocking. I would avoid like crazy. Food turned up an hour late, delivered by some young youth that stumbled up my drive and bumped into my van. Food turned up cold, and from the 2 bites I had it was disgusting. And for a burger and a chicken wrap with small chips I wouldn't even pay £2 from this place. Nevermind £20. Not to mention there is no say of cheese on the burger and when it came it was covered in it. Hence only 2 bites out of the burger. Being allergic to cheese. Not good. Not impressed. Avoid at all costs.
