Ive been coming to this shop for a while now and it does not disappoint the foods are always on point and staff are kind and respectful
Ordered on 25/08/25,the meal was really poor quality. We complained about chicken dishes in general and when Star came back they said it was due to poor quality meat delivery from supplier. This is not acceptable as they are acknowledging poor quality supplies and delivering to customers in the hope they do not complain. In addition the discount advertised was not applied, again showing this company is after money rather than quality.
Star Kebab Holmewood make amazing pizza! You can order on their website or by phone and they offer collection or delivery. Kebabs from here are also really good and their Value Box with fried chicken, kebab meat, salad and chips or fries is really good value. Thanks guys!
Absolutely disgusted in the customer service. To start with when ordering we kept being put on hold, waited over an hour for food even though we live round the corner. When we received our food half was missing including the kids pizza and was cold of what we did get. Rang up to tell them our food was missed told us it would be 20 mins max, 1 hour and 18 mins later we received the rest of our food which yet again made shocking and cold. We’ve never once had a good meal or experience with this place but kept putting it down to being a bad/busy night but after the 3rd time it’s disappointing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Never once had an apology or offered a refund or a freebie clearly do not care for the costumer service.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE spent alot of money,the kebab was white after I asked for it to be brown the fish stunk rotten aswell as the fish cake, when I rang to complain he said I was wrong and the food was cooked and was very rude towards me on the phone, also said you can have £10 refund instead of the full amount how disgusting WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!
Lovely polite and helpful staff. After a short wait, my food was ready. It was still piping hot when I arrived home. Really large portions of chips and a kebab with salad. It was very tasty. I enjoyed my meal very much. I would recommend this place to anyone and will certainly patronise this place again.
Usually very good and nice food but tonight it's been 2 hours since delivery was ordered spoke after an hour told me 20 minutes!!!
Although the food was lovely what the hell is this? Asked for chips and separate pots of sauces and I got this!! All the sauces on them. Just why? I ordered 5 different sauces.
