   We had a great experience thanks to Gladson, who served us last night. Despite the restaurant being busy, he was extremely efficient, attentive, and patient with all customers. He listened carefully, responded thoughtfully, and handled everything we asked for promptly. His professional yet friendly manner made us feel very comfortable and well looked after. Excellent service overall.

   Booked for my husbands birthday while staying at the hotel. The steaks were perfect and delicious! Plus you get a discount on the food if you are staying over! Service was friendly and quick. The breakfast was a great variety buffet and again the staff were so helpful (I dropped my coffee all over the table and they were so good about it). So glad I Booked my husbands birthday here and we will be visiting again.

   The area is not the most charming and the hotel is a little worn, but very cosy. The staff was kind and friendly. The food was super - we had a burger and butter chicken for dinner and a really good breakfast with proper eggs (not powder) and amazing pancakes.

   A very pleasant menu a very reasonable price. Biggest chicken wings and best flavoured biriani i have ever had. Looking forward to trying put their signature steaks. The staff were cheerful and friendly. A lucky find when working in Manchester. Recommended and will be returning next month and in September too. Can't wait.

   The restaurant has a charming and cozy ambiance, making it a lovely spot for a relaxed meal. The menu is diverse and caters to a wide range of preferences, including vegetarian options. The service was excellent, especially thanks to Anamika, who served us with kindness and warmth. We tried the Legit Burger, which was delicious, along with the flavorful basmati rice, mac and cheese, and a variety of vegetables. Everything was well-prepared and satisfying. Despite visiting on a Thursday evening, the restaurant wasn’t crowded, and we didn’t have to wait for a table. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great food and attentive service. Highly recommended!

   Great place to grab a bite to eat. Parking is available. Spacious and very clean. The service is excellent. The food portions are a good size. The steaks can range from approximately £24 to around £30. There is a good selection of sides, including chips, vegetables, mushrooms etc.

   We went for a family meal for Eid. They serve Halal food upon request. Nice quiet, relaxed environment. Good service. Wait time was a little long. Starters and food were lovely. I'm no steak connoisseur but I ordered a medium sirloin and it was a little on the dry side. I would recommend this place and would try again... Maybe with advice from the staff on the steak choice next time!

   Best experience in Manchester! The service was friendly, professional and lively; it was simply excellent, the food was the best and the atmosphere was extremely cozy. Btw it was pancake day and I literally had the BEST PANCAKE EVER!! Everything was perfect but it’s a four star because pancakes are not on the menu! Please can you add pancakes on to your menu!!!

   I can safely say that I just had the best steak I have ever tried (and I have tried many, including the famous Nusret!). And the triple cooked chips OH MY GOD! The staff were very friendly and went over and beyond to make us happy. We also treated ourselves to a pancake which was absolutely delicious! It's a shame there is no clear signage outside so I had to call them to get directions. In case you also have trouble finding it, it's located on the grounds of Trafford Hall Hotel (a very nice hotel I must say).
