Excellent food especially the Gunpowder dish highly recommended and all the staff are really curtis and friendly
Food took 3 hours to come. Kept saying that the driver was “on the way out in 2 minutes” had to keep phoning to check where it was and magically the driver was still on his way. An we live 5 mins down the road. It took 3 call s until it arrived, luckily it did come nice and warm and they gave us free popadoms. Might be a better experience if ordered from takeaway but delivery was terrible service
The onion bhajis were reheated in the microwave … soggy . Horrid . We had garlic and peshwary naan . Both badly burnt . Chicken tikka jalfrezi . The meet and sauce was good , not much sauce as it was packed with large pieces of undercooked onions that were leathery and not chewable … exactly same as years ago when I last went . Thought I’d give it a try again . We got two free popadoms as it was late when I picked up … they were fine .
Large order for the family, The food was nice but not the best I've had, for some reason they didn't expect card and we had to wait ages for our food.
Fantastic food. The most consistently good takeaway we use. The food arrives hot, the quality if very good and we always enjoy it. I'd definitely recommend Riverside to anyone. 10/10
We've never ordered from here before and thought we'd give it a try. Never again! Ordered at 7pm and was told our order would be delivered between 8pm and 8.20pm. It's now 9.25pm and our order has only just arrived! We rang up twice to see where our order was and we were told the first time that the driver was on his way. 30 minutes later we rang back and were told the driver was just setting off! I've yet to eat my food. It'd better be worth it.
Ordered a takeaway tonight 11/11/22 from Riverside spice and it was spot on. We had it delivered and it arrived in the time slot provided and was still piping hot. I had a Mixed grill and a garlic naan bread which I like to wrap the meat in and have as a wrap, it was truly amazing and so tasty. The kids had CTM and their plates were clean after so well done Riverside spice, really enjoyed it.
A little gem in the heart of Catcliffe! Food was lovely and the price was great for what we got. We shall be returning! Couldn't recommend more. If I could offer one suggestion, just to offer complimentary water on table with meals.
