Unless you want food poisoning i suggest you dont order from abbys!! Food came tonight, stale and cold donna meat, pink chicken and lettuce in the burger looked like it has been their 2 weeks! Potatoe wedges wasnt Cooked properly either! Rang them up he said i want my food back and i will give you a refund which i did!! Dont order from here!!
Ordered food and a dessert. Food was nice but what is this? Was not expecting this? They’re cremated and hardly any kinder bueno topping for £7 I’d expect more than this
Absolutely disgusted just ordered £50 worth off food to get 3 pieces of chicken what was all pink and when we phoned up respectfully and asked for a alternative as we could not eat chicken again as it put us off. Because off price difference they was absolutely so rude! Wanted to come and collect the chicken , so waste petrol but not give us an alternative so now I after order again for my children! Should be ashamed never ever ordering from here again as well as missing some items as well! Environmental health getting called first thing Monday morning! would have a field day in that place
This is supposed to be a strawberry and Nutella waffle! Completely burnt and clearly the wrong order but staff refused to admit this and replace!
Ordered a Donner kebab with salad and chilli sauce, came without salad or sauce , phoned to complain and was offered a discount next time, when I said I wouldn't be ordering again from a takeaway that cant read an order he said ok bye. you can see how much they care about customers in their responses to negative reviews.
Ordered through just eat and Found about 50 hairs in the masala all different lengths and colours, everyone’s chips came cold and soggy couldn’t eat them. Delivery took a long time too. I think you need to not offer such a vast amount of stuff and focus on getting a few things perfect. Very disappointed
Foods decent if it turns up within the hour, but the guy who takes the orders just makes the prices up as he goes along it seems. I order exactly the same items every order and every time he always gets to a different total. I questioned this and was told it's a new menu so new prices. He sent me a "new menu" only to see it was the Same menu I had. And the price was indeed incorrect again.
I was visiting family in rotherham and after a long journey decided to order food through just eat rather than cook. We ordered a calzone and a chicken kebab. The picture of the calzone is how it arrived to us. It smelt absolutely revolting. Smashed to bits. Even if it hadn't been damaged it was unfit for eating. The chicken kebab had raw pieces of meat. We complained via just eat, and also to the takeaway. The staff at the takeaway was rude, unhelpful and even tried blaming us for the state of the calzone. They denied the chicken being black on the outside but raw in the middle too. Unless you like your food turning up like this or uncooked I would highly reccomend eating elsewhere. Absolutely dreadful place!
