   I’m really disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. The staff are consistently rude and dismissive, especially towards delivery drivers. Orders are prepared and then left on the side to go cold while drivers wait to be acknowledged. The team completely ignores them, even when the restaurant is not busy. Because of this, customers end up receiving cold food, which is a waste of your hard-earned money. I strongly recommend avoiding this store until they improve their service and stop leaving orders to sit out and get cold.

   If I could give *minus* stars, I absolutely would! This McDonald’s is a joke — they can’t get a single order right, and the staff have zero manners. I ordered a McCrispy burger for my son and got a McSpicy instead. Ordered sweet chilli sauce — didn’t receive it. And to make things worse, they even charge you for every sauce! Sort it out and hire staff who actually care about customers. Terrible service every time — avoid this place completely!

   Service was quick but almost missed a happy meal off our order, then when we got home with it they'd only given us a single filet-of-fish when it was supposed to be a double but they'd still put the double sticker on it's box!

   This is our preferred McDonald's to visit because it seems to be consistently better than other McDonald's we have visited. Staff seem to genuinely care about the quality of the food and the fries are not soggy and cold like I've experienced at other McDonald's. Service is always good and the staff are always friendly. Don't have any complaints and we have visited plenty of times.

   Ordered a large mc crispy meal and this is what is called a large fries. Also cold alk g either a cold plain double cheese burger today. Don't expect to pay for the prices and only receive not even a medium size

   Found a hair in my fries. Called the manager to get told to email a picture of the hair to head office and that was it! Very unhygienic, food was stone cold, the young workers have a very bad attitude and are rude. The guy serving the fries was licking his fingers and then touching the chips. Absolutely disgusting, would recommend the further drive to handsworth or a57

   Would McDonald's let you pay half and still have your food? Ovously not, so why is it ok to serve half portions of food often cold or wrong
