   Terrible, our order was 'ready' as soon as we drove through. We got home to find two items missing. My wife called them to ask for the items to be told they were definitely in the bag. They were not. They offered to replace them and my wife asked if the whole order could be replaced as it would be cold by the time she got back. No. I then started to eat my meal, it was cold. I then called them to say my meal was cold. Apparently all food is cooked upon order, it is not, you cannot cook chicken in 30 seconds. I was told I was wrong and it was freshly cooked, so now I'm a lier apparently. Also I was told by the manager that they have never had complaints before, that's a lie I have complained before at being given completely the wrong order. I've looked at the reviews and they are less than favourable. The manager basically called me a lier. Do not go to this KFC. We deserved a refund but got a small chips instead. Terrible, Terrible and Terrible. I don't normally leave reviews but this KFC deserved it.

   Almost everytime we go to the drive through, we are told to park up and have to wait over 15 mins for our food. The place is empty and I have no idea why the food takes so long. We only order chips and hot wings. The food is by no means ‘FAST’ food.

   I’m extremely disappointed with my visit to this KFC. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, and when it finally arrived the quality was poor. After all that waiting, items were still missing from my order. The bin area was overflowing, making the place look messy and unhygienic. The service was ridiculous, with staff appearing disorganized and uninterested in helping customers. It’s a shame, especially when visiting with family, as KFC is something we normally enjoy. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I won’t be returning.

   Mixed Experience with KFC Enterprises Way at Markhavale I’ve had mixed experiences with KFC Markham Vale, both through delivery via Uber and dining in. Unfortunately, my delivery experience was far from satisfactory. The food was inedible, dark brown chicken that tasted burnt, with pinkish, undercooked meat inside, and gravy full of flour chunks. This even led to food poisoning. Despite raising the issue, after a lengthy investigation, KFC concluded that there was nothing wrong with the food, which was quite disappointing as a loyal KFC fan. Dining in has also been underwhelming. The staff at this location aren’t particularly welcoming; they rarely greet or smile, which makes for a less than pleasant atmosphere. Having visited multiple times, I would hope for better service and friendliness from the team. Overall, while I still love KFC, this particular branch has left me questioning the quality and service standards I usually associate with the brand. I hope improvements are made in both areas.

   Dear readers, there seems to be something not quite right with the management and customer service at this KFC. I looked and found that this fast food restaurant already has many not-so-good reviews. And the customer in front of me also called the manager with a complaint about the service. She was given something different from what she ordered. The staff just ignored her. The chicken was of course all covered in oil, and the french fries were of terrible quality, also very oily and overcooked. Customer service certainly needs special attention here. Take a look at the garbage bins simply crammed with trash. That's it, I won't write anything more about this establishment. Just read the other reviews. My meal for customers cost £9.99. Do you think the customer will be satisfied with this £10 meal?! P.S. The men's toilet is not working. You have to go and ask them to let you use the disabled toilet.

   This branch was excellent when it first opened, we visited here to avoid the terrible service at the Barlborough branch. Then we visited one day and saw the staff behind the counter from Barlborough (after if closed down) and the service was horrendous just like it was at Barlborough. They either need to get rid of or discipline and retrain those employees otherwise this branch is going to close down too. Barlborough didn’t fail before of the lack of custom, the staff just could not be bothered and were annoyed that you turned up for food and that they had to actually do some work to be paid. 5 stars when it’s the original team and 0 stars when it’s the Barlborough team.

   Service was terrible, Stood waiting 15 min before someone comes round to the till. Then told someone else would be round, same person came back 10 min later. Had it to take away, chips well done to put it politely and burger looked like it had been put together by my 3 year old.

   Ate inside here, some seating seems to be a little on the right side as you walk in on your left near the counter, was pretty busy but then it is just off the motorway. I would have given a 5* for the food but unfortunately ordering from the order machine on entry, you was unable to select beans as a side as it wasn't even on the list but everything else was, if you wanted beans, you had to order from the counter. I not sure if this is a regular thing or was just a one off on my visit. Service was pretty good, wasn't waiting too long and the staff was friendly. Plenty of parking available and of course it has a drive thru.

   First time to a KFC in a very long time Unfortunately, seriously short of staff, although trying to do their best but clearly no supervision! Made worse by a very abusive and aggressive customer at the staff. There was no support for the staff in dealing with the matter who should not be subjected to such behaviour from members of the public.
