Newly refurbished and also new landlords. Good atmosphere friendly staff and reasonable prices for drinks. The kitchen is going through a re fit so I haven't tried the food as of yet.

Beautiful, clean, & so comfortable, wonderful bar staff … could sit in here all day no waiting to be served plenty of brilliant live music & all sports & horse racing on tv Adela Lee& Steve fantastic hosts
like a new pub since its refurbishment. always busy and delivers great customer service. they serve a good pint and plenty of sport to watch. the only think that would improve the pub is if they sold stella on draught.

Due to different Landlords/Landlady) over the past few years the Stag has lost its good reputation. We went on a Saturday good music by a DJ but too loud for comfort. Very polite and friendly staff. Not too many people in 8pm to 9pm but think that's most pubs in Woodhouse. 6 people and 2 babies in the back and another table of 6. Shame , not the managers fault
Terrible pub. Beer and lager truly awful. Not worth going to.
A decent pub with a good range of beers. I've knocked a star off because the evening was marred by the lack of heating..and I don't mormally feel cold.
