   Usually a great place and great food but after the experience I've had after eating a burger from there, I just cannot risk going back. The burger was off but I couldn't tell until after a few bites and the pain I've been in for the past 4 days is excruciating. To sell that is horrible and makes me think this place couldn't possibly stay open for long, especially when serving food like that.

   Came all the way to Sheffield just for this place and it did not disappoint at all. Easily one of the nicest burgers I’ve ever had. Unlike most it didn’t even fall apart or wasn’t messy to eat. I got the Phat burger meal which consisted of smash patties, chicken patty and turkey rashers alongside cheese and sauces. Curly fries were the right choice, proper crispy and tasty. The cookies we got as well were nice, soft and gooey. Will definitely be back here for this again.

The staff are always welcoming and go out of their way to make sure every visit is perfect.    Again not a great experience. First of all iv always said there prices are too high for this area.2nd twice the delivery drivers changed which meant food wasnt hot wen it arrived. But despite that getting kn to the food. Burgers as usual are decent. Not had a bad1 yet but there donner meat is of low quality meat. More than likely prefrozen from a bucket. And I dnt know how they get away with calling a cup full of ice cream a milkshake? Its not a milkshake at all. Thos is the 3rd time iv ordered from this place in 2years or so n its probs gna b the last. HFC, DILKASH,ATTERCLIFFE SPICE AND FREDDYS ALL BETTER THAN THIS PLACE

   I recently tried Munchies, and I have to say I’m really impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. You can really tell they care about quality. The environment was great too clean, welcoming, and with a good vibe. The service stood out as well the staff were friendly, polite, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend Munchies if you’re looking for tasty food, a nice atmosphere, and top-notch service. Definitely coming back!

   Order Never arrived want full refund shouldn’t accept orders if you can’t deliver bad customer service as well this was one of my favourite places to order from I understand the snow but I drove from Birmingham to Sheffield faster then 3hrs and I’ve given up trying thanks a bunch my child didn’t get his meal absolutely shocking service just lost a loyal customer never again will I deal with you

   Better to collect the food rather then opting for delivery, I waited over an hour and a half via Just Eat- they completed the order stating order delivered, but delivery was not even sent out. Food was okay, portion sizes okay. It’s a shame I had to call the takeaway to find out where the food was.

   Amazing Food. Ordered delivery many times (at a relatively cheap price!) and the phat burger did not disappoint. The crispy heaven is also a banger. Definitely ordering more in the weeks to come Amazing order, food was spot on.

   I order from here all the time and really enjoy their burgers. However, on my most recent order I had a few issues. Delay with delivery and then got told the order was put on my doorstep when it hadn't. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude. Lacked basic customer service and hung up on me when I told her that she was being rude. Order is over 1hr and 30 mins late and counting. Currently speaking to a gentleman who has apologised and is looking to resolve the issue. Let's hope my food actually gets delivered and I never have to speak to that rude incompetent lady again!
