Great experience and amazing food. Tried the new gochujang pork belly ramen. This was made all the better with our server Ellie, very friendly and helpful with the experience. Definitely coming again.
Always quick to be seated when I've been. Food and drink arrive quickly and are both nice. Staff are really lovely
First of all, my visit to Wagamama was absolutely perfect, greeted by a lovely young lady named Alex, she spent time with me explaining what meal would suit my diet. She sat me down at a beautiful table right in the middle, which was again perfect. I was then introduced to another lovely young lady named Hayley who was amazing from start to finish. I had to nip outside and was worried, she might not think I was going to come back. She assured me everything would be fine. I returned at the absolute perfect time to be greeted with this big plate of food and a delicious cold drink. The girls, checked up on how my meal was, I told them both it was absolutely gorgeous.... Thank you both so much, if I'm ever back in Sheffield, I will 100% return to your restaurant. Thanks once again Alex & Hayley for making me feel so welcome.
Always amazing every time we come. Christine served us this time and was attentive without being intrusive, kept us topped up with drinks and was prompt, friendly and professional.
Food was gorgeous and fresh, soft noodles and crunchy veg. First time I'd been and I really enjoyed it. Had a cherry/rose cocktail, really moreish. Service was ok, staff were messing about and flirting with each other when it was quiet at about 4:30pm, was a bit distracting but not awful. We had a booth and it was busier when we were leaving at 6ish, the customers waiting for booths were sat staring at us opposite, sat on the windowsills. This was a bit awkward. Surely surely could have waited at the bar area and brought to their seats once we'd left.
3β because the food was average. It didn't stand out. Our starters and food were brought out at different times, which meant I had my starter first while the other 2 diners had nothing. Their meals came out, while I had a 5 minute or more wait for mine. Their starters came out halfway through eating their main meal... Some flavours were there, for example, in the Korean beef steam buns. But everything else was a letdown. I had the chicken ramen, and it was bland. The chicken tasted like it was boiled in water. It lacked flavour, which no amount of soy sauce could help. The others had the chicken gyoza ramen. The paste was so hot that one person could not eat it. I tried it, and the heat was so overpowering that you couldn't taste anything else. The bok choi wasn't even blanched it was raw and tasted as such. For the price paid, it was a very disappointing experience. Not value for money. Customer service was good, but it couldn't make up for the disappointing food experience.
We came to celebrate my Sons Aβlevel pass results today with a very nice meal at Wagamama in the Centertainment complex Sheffield, we had a great server she was genuinely fun and happy to look after us nothing was too much trouble . The food came out pretty quickly although not all together which she told us would be the case but there was very little gap in between each of us getting our food . The standard of food and the presentation was excellent I would give it a 10 I highly recommend Wagamama at Centertainment for great food and wonderful service it is hard to beat .
Never been before but thoroughly enjoyed it, the food was fresh and tasty and our waiter Sam was just brilliant. Highly recommended
Fantastic food, staff were very friendly and the service was performed quickly. Food arrived in good time and was piping hot, the drinks options available are both your standard restaurant availability as well as interesting variations in line with the theme. Would definitely recommend for a tasty lunch. We had the chilli chicken ramen and the Pork belly ramen. The cherry blossom lemonade and a Asahi.
