   Came here for our weekly lunch outing.. was not disappointed with the food was top notch very tasty... service was slow seemed only one member of staff working taking orders making drinks bringing food to tables... member of staff was pleasant

   Me and my partner had the set menu where we both had a starter and main. We were too full for dessert. The food was amazing and we couldn’t pick a fault. The service from Dani and especially Jackie was excellent! Made you feel at home and couldn’t do enough for you. Service was quick but not rushed. We had a lovely bottle of wine between us as well. We will be back.

   Excellent Sunday lunch. Nice pub with a traditional pub feel, and a dining room facing onto a nice pub garden. Service was friendly and quick. Food was good. Had the trio roast which was tasty. Portion size was excellent (big). Roast had I think three meats, stuffing, roasties, mash, parsnip, carrots, cabbage, leeks and I think peas. Excellent value at 19 quid. I also had a side of pigs in blankets which I really didn't need but where also good. Whilst we don't have dogs, also loved the free doggie treats and water bowls for four legged friends as nice touch you don't often see. This was our first time here and we will definitely be going again.

   This year was the 2nd Christmas we have spent at Three Cottages & we wouldn’t spend it anywhere else. The food is amazing & the staff are lovely. They make you feel so welcome & appear to genuinely enjoy working there. The pub is so homely and cosy. Super family friendly. We visit three cottages regularly - the food, staff and environment remain second to none. Thank you to the Nicky & the team for making our Christmas Day special.

   Great pint of Stella and sadly I didn't have time to sample another meat pie - but I remember they're great and I'll get my chance.... Lovely young lady with arm in a sling (Izzie?) sorted me a taxi home too.....top notch!

   The staff were lovely, Jackie however wasn’t. She didn’t greet us well and threw the menus on the table. In between barking orders at the staff Jackie asked us how our food was but walked away before we even had chance to reply, she spoke to all the customers in an awful manner….very snappy. The food…was ok if you like green beans because you get loads, my partner ordered half a roast chicken and got a thin piece of grilled chicken. For the money you don’t get much at all. We will definitely not be returning.
