Ordered of just each specified dietry requirment that were not met the pizza also looked like it had been dropped on the floor rang up and manager was beyond rood will never use again and advise people not to use food was also cold total waste of money
Gone down hill fast, after a big improvement they've stumbled hard. There's never any food cooked and in the display counter which indicates they have very little footfall. The fish isn't fresh, it smells fishy and taste fishy which sounds weird but ask anybody it's not meant to smell like that. It was slimey and I threw it out. The chips are OK but nothing to write home about. Such a shame because it's the local chippy but I won't be having anything from there again because this isn't the first time the foods been bad.
Food was nice but we started throwing it back up early hours the following morning. Not nice when your up for hours cleaning puke off the floor every hour. This is the second time we ordered from here, the first time no problems at all this time it was a nightmare. Never again.
Prices over the top more for a fish there than Gordon ramseys which is sad as I've heard 8 or 9 customers say prices have gone up tomuch there. 3.10 for small chips really?
My very first visit. I tend not to have takeaway food and more akin to making my own from scratch, but tonight I wanted something different. I was pleasantly surprised by the ample portions of chips, massive cod fillets and mushy peas. The quality of the cod was A1 and really fresh. Quite honestly possibly the best I have had, better than Whitby's and Harry Ramsden's. All freshly prepared in front of you. The shop was clean, staff pleasant and I recommend. The App is defective and does not give you 10% off on your sixth order Needs sorting. Staff friendly.
We used to order quite often (csc), this week we ordered 3 types of chips, small, medium, large. Large was at a cost of £3.50!!!! and I expected a large portion. The portion was of a normal/even small size size of their old normal size of much less. The medium looked pretty much the same.......the small size (same as old price for a portion of chips but smaller) was basically, enough to put in a small chip butty (20 chips max). Three people had fish and chips, really, really woeful , one had a pie with his small chip's and we had to give him some of our chip's. Go somewhere else. Sort yourselves out with portion size and price..........you are going to lose business "!!!!!!!!
