Don't order delivery…. Slow slow slow and dont answer the phone. Hour & a half and still not left te shop according to tracking
Placed £40 order , never arrived. Rang shop to be told that I wasn’t home when delivery was attempted. Had missed call on my phone that I attempted to ring with no answer. Clearly not been to my address, had previous deliveries so I don’t live in a field !!!! Asked for a refund told you’re not getting one ! Said they would redelivery - Why would I want cold pizza ? Absolute joke. I worked for Pizza Hut for many years, clearly gone down hill. Sat Nav and customer care need sorting. Have taken this up with Customer Service , another nightmare to contact !

Pizza was boggy, stodgy and not even cut, and at £9.99 with no dip for a collection order of a large pepperoni pizza feel ripped off. Guy on phone was rude, and you can't see the back where food is prepared which is bad. Won't be going here again until it ups its game, far to many good takeaways to choose from without ignorant staff and low quality food.
Delicious meal from pizza hut, the drink was missing so we had to call up and they delivered our drink AND gave us some free ice cream as an apology! Went above and beyond! Great service!
On the app said Order has been delivered.19:45 Not here, called and was told it was 5-10 minutes away. Still not here 20:30. Now not answering calls. Poor service. Very poor. Will not use again. Update: they have gave my order to somebody else called Alex Whilst asking for a refund, actually got sworn at.
Disappointed in the pepperoni pizza. There was more dough then ANYTHING else and everything else was satisfactory
Ordered many times and so the pizzas have been amazing as it was generously loaded with toppings and delicious.
